Pratique mais pas entretenu

La location est bien situé, elle est fonctionnel, mais : Pas propre manque d'un ménage complet, Paume de Douche abimé, Frigo sans lumière, escalier terrasse dangereux (Barreau coupé)... Je l'ai signalé et montré à la personne qui est venue prendre la taxe d'habitation .

Appartment nur ok - leider einige Mängel

Die Lage des Appartments mit direkter Strandnähe (ca. 200m) ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist von außen schon in die Jahre gekommen, was aber erstmal nicht stört. Die Schlüsselübergabe für die Wohnung verlief absolut problemlos und sehr zuverlässig durch Alcudia Interhome - top! Leider gibt es in der Wohnung mehrere Mängel die auf den Bildern der Wohnung nicht ersichtlich waren. Dadurch musste ich zusätzliche Zeit aufbringen um diese zu melden um im Nachgang nicht belangt zu werden.
