About this property

Direct beach access! Apartment for 4 people on the Bay of Alcudia

The apartment is located on the bay of Port Alcúdia, just before Muro and has direct beach access. The area is very quiet, there are only private houses and no hotels on this stretch of beach. The white sandy beach begins directly and without a street or promenade behind the beautifully landscaped home garden.

Furnishing:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a wonderfully glazed conservatory with a direct view of the sea. Depending on the season and temperature, this can be opened or closed completely.
There is air conditioning and heating. WiFi and TV are also available.

House & location
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a house with 4 residential units. You can reach the beach from the side through the otherwise private garden, here you will also find a garden shower and beach chairs for guests. You can easily find parking spaces in the street in front of the house.

There is a great beach bar with excellent cuisine about 200 meters away and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket and other shops are in the area of approx. 700 meters. A hospital, doctors and other restaurants as well as cafes are within a radius of 8 km.

It is a nice walk along the beach to the port of Port Alcudia (approx. Half an hour). The old town of Alcudia is about 5-10 minutes away by car, but can also be reached by bus and bicycle.

Since the apartment has heating, it can also be used optimally in the cold months. In the winter months it can be booked as a long-term rental.

Unfortunately, there are still a few innovations and now we (as vacation rentals) as well as the hotels have to pay the tourist tax. This amount depends on the period and season. Please feel free to contact us!

Nice apartment, great view, beautiful beach just in front

Apartment has a beautiful view on the garden and the beach. You can hear the waves when sitting in living room/terasse. It is not a modern apartment but has all you need (although we would have preferred a capsule coffee maker, the ones that are there didn’t match our coffee taste). The apartment is located on the first floor so there are a few stairs to get inside. One thing to correct in description is about the private garden that is located in front of the property. We didn’t have right to access the garden (we were reminded that multiple times what was not really necessary) and there are mixed information about where to get sun loungers from and which garden shower to use. Sun loungers we saw were not in a good state and dirty and shower didn’t work so I would not advertise that this is at disposal if you rent the apartment or to clarify. High chair and crib are also available, you just need to ask for them. There are no blackout curtains so had to bring mine for the toddler. If you don’t have a car, groceries are at least 10 mins walking distance. For all other shops you still need to walk a bit, too. The property manager was flexible about check in and check out times which we appreciated but came 15 mins before check out and put a lot of pressure on us to leave asap. All in all, a very good value for the money! You are steps away from very nice calm beach in calm area.

Der Blick, morgens mit einem Kaffee in der Hand auf das Meer... einfach traumhaft. Ich bin definitiv nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen.Zwei Sachen sind nicht so toll : das WLAN funktionierte nicht - war aber kein Problem für mich. Doch für Leute mit viel Datenverbrauch unverzichtbar ! Und die Betten... müssten dringend erneuert werden ! Das Bett im 1. Schlafzimmer ist gefühlt us den 80gern und das 2. Schlafzimmer Bett ist auch überholungsbedürftig. Das ist kein Riesen Investitionen und wird in Zukunft 5 von 5 Sternen garantieren .Alles in allem eine super gelegenes und ruhiges Apartment . Fußläufig zum Abendbrot eine Standbar Restaurant mit super leckerem Essen ! Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Man kann problemlos zubereiten und Kochen.Absolute genial ist die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine - Gamechanger ;)Vom 1. Tag bis zum letzten richtig , richtig wohl gefühlt !

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist frisch renoviert, von Schimmel (vorherige Bewertung) keine Spur. Ein gemütliches Sofa, auf dem man auch prima zu zweit liegen kann, der Balkon bzw. Wintergarten, in dem wir auch bei kühleren Temperaturen ganz gewärmt, mit einem "draußen-Feeling", die Zeit genossen haben. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer ist absolut bestechend. Geschlafen haben wir prima, da es zu unserer Zeit ganz ruhig im Haus war, die Matratzen gut/fest. Für diejenigen, die wie wir gerne kochen: die Küche ist soweit gut ausgestattet, die Geräte sind gut. Optisch ist sie so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, die Möbel könnte aus unserer Sicht (Preis-Leistung) jedoch etwas mehr Frische bzw. mal ein Update vertragen. Rundum hatten wir aber eine tolle Wohlfühl-Woche mit der Erholung, die wir uns gewünscht hatten. Danke!

Ich hatte bereits zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes geschrieben, dass das Appartment nicht richtig gereinigt war und Bilder mitgeschickt. Zusätzlich hatte der Maler alles mögliche abgeklebt und nicht in den ursprünglichen Zustand zurückversetzt nachdem er fertig war. Dazu gehörte auch die Fernsehverkabelung. Dieser funktionierte erst wieder, nachdem ich mit der Familie Scheiter telefoniert und mir von diesen Hilfe geholt habe.Dann schmorte die Heizung im Wohnzimmer durch und das Appartment war schlecht zu beheizen, trotz zusätzlichen Heizlüfters, den netterweise die Verwalterin mitbrachte.Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine war nicht möglich, da diese falsch angeschlossen war und aufgrund des darin stehenden Restwassers die Trommel angerostet war.Zuguterletzt waren die Wandschränke mit Aussenmauern trotz regelmäßigem Lüften und Heizen mit der Klimaanlage schimmelig. Die Hausverwalterin ist dafür Zeugin und Bilder haben wir auch gemacht.Fazit: das Appartment liegt super und hat eine fantastische Aussicht, muss aber besser gereinigt und in Schuss gehalten werden. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es im jetzigen Zustand im Winter nicht geeignet.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, die uns natürlich etwas erschrocken hat. Wir als Vermieter sind leider davon abhängig, dass unsere Gäste Mängel direkt während des Aufenthalts anzeigen - um diese direkt beheben zu können. Die Wohnung war, wie Sie schon sagten, frisch renoviert - was ja eigentlich positiv sein sollte. Es tut uns wahnsinnig leid, wenn dadurch Mängel entstanden sind, das sollte so nicht sein. Wir sind in der Zwischenzeit selbst nach Mallorca gereist um uns ein Bild zu machen und jegliche Mängel zu beheben. Wir möchten jedoch auch richtigstellen, dass die Wohnung zu jedem Zeitpunkt komplett beheizt und warm war - der mobile Heizkörper war immer nur als Sicherheit gedacht und wurde trotzdem innerhalb weniger Stunden an Silvester ausgetauscht. Wir danken Ihnen trotzdem für Ihre Rückmeldung und Ihre Mühen und wünschen Ihnen eine gute Zeit.

Eine wunderschöne, ruhige Wohnung am -aus unserer Sicht- besten Strandabschnitt von Alcudia. Schlüsselübergabe perfekt, Betreuung sehr gut. Die Verwalterin war stets erreichbar. Wohnung so wie beschrieben. Der "verglasbare" Balkon ein Traum. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach - alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist super. PKW-Parkplatz ist meist direkt vor der Wohnung zu bekommen, da es sich um eine ruhige Nebenstraße handelt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei tolle Woche in Alcudia, direkt am Strand, es war absolut traumhaft! Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Toplage. Besonders genossen haben wir den Wintergarten, der sich je nach Wetterlage mit wenigen Handgriffen öffnen lies Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Appartment direkt am Meer

Das Appartment können wir nur empfehlen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir als vierköpfige Familie benötigt haben. Der direkte Strandzugang ist mit kleinen Kindern unschlagbar komfortabel. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und man erreicht schnell alle Geschäfte.

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf

Das positive zuerst: Die Lage des Apartments ist super und die Verwalterin Frau Gründler arbeitet absolut gewissenhaft, ist immer professionell sowie sehr freundlich. Leider war es das aber auch schon, das Apartment ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Hier nur mal die wichtigsten Punkte : Das kleine Schlafzimmer kann nicht genutzt werden, da es hier einen penetranten Uringeruch gibt. Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage ist für diesen Raum auch nicht auffindbar. Alle Fliegengitter des Apartments sind defekt. Die Fensterverriegelung der Küche ist defekt. Die Abzugshaube ist defekt. Alle Sitzmöbel des Wohnzimmers sind alt, muffig und durchgesessen. Es gibt noch viele weitere Punkte, zu viel sie hier aufzuzählen. Man merkt einfach, dass hier schon sehr lange nichts mehr investiert wurde. Daher stimmt das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis auch nicht.

Super schöne Lage am Strand

Positiv: Die Strandlage war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief auch reibungslos. Liegen konnten geliehen werden, der Sonnenschirm war defekt. Wir haben dann einen neuen gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen. Negativ: Im Kinderzimmer roch es leider ziemlich muffelig, außerdem war die Dusche verstopft. Momentan ist leider eine sehr störende Baustelle direkt neben der Wohnung, sodass wir täglich morgens von Baustellenlärm geweckt wurden.

Séjour agréable face à la mer

L’appartement est très bien situé face à la mer comme annoncé. Dommage que les fenêtres de la véranda ne puissent pas toutes s'ouvrir. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans la rue sans problèmes. La personne qui nous a accueilli a été très compréhensive car nous sommes arrivés par le ferry et nous étions vers minuit à Alcudia. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in noch schönerer Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht! Übertroffen wird dieses noch durch die Lage direkt am Strand, wo auf Grund fehlender Hotels kein Trubel am Strand war. Die Umgebung haben wir zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erkundet . Frau Gründler, die Verwalterin, hat uns pünktlich und freundlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen! Angela und I.

Unseren mehrwöchigen Mallorcaaufenthalt starteten wir dieses Jahr mit 1 Woche Alcudia. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der Familie Scheiter, war bereits im Vorfeld klasse und sehr entgegenkommend. Das Appartement ist wie versprochen ruhig und die Lage ist sensationell mit klasse Lokalen um die Ecke. Vielen Dank
