Cozy apartment (31sqm) with balcony

Our cozy attic apartment, with over 31 m² of living space, can accommodate 1–2 people. The combined living room and bedroom, featuring a double bed, is a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. The spacious bathroom, complete with a shower, towels, and a hair dryer, rounds out the experience. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing evenings on our balcony with a great view of the orchard and the Inn river meadows. The windows are equipped with roller shutters and insect screens. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. A charging station and a bike shed are also available. A deposit of 80% may be charged after booking. Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days of arrival, an 80% cancellation fee applies. Check-in is available starting at 12:00 PM. Upon check-out, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over directly at the property. Pets are not allowed. A baby bed or rollaway bed is available upon request. A bread and beverage service is available. All fees for parking, laundry, telephone, etc., are included in the price. A visitor’s tax of 2.30 or 1.75 EUR per person per day will be charged separately on site.
