Welcome to Magnolia Place, a thoughtfully designed retreat in the heart of New Buffalo, Michigan. Just a short walk from a private beach and minutes from downtown, this cozy yet stylish home blends mid-century modern charm with the comfort of a true home-away-from-home.
Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting space curated with comfort in mind. Magnolia Place was intentionally designed to support low-sensory, calming environments, featuring soft lighting, noise-reducing elements, and soothing décor that creates a peaceful atmosphere for rest and relaxation. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across spacious bedrooms and offers multiple gathering spaces for relaxing or reconnecting.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a Keurig coffee maker—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family meals. The living area features a 55" Sony BRAVIA 4K Smart TV with access to popular streaming services so you can enjoy movie nights in comfort.
For fun and connection, the lower-level game space includes Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and board games, while high-speed WiFi and dedicated workspaces make the home equally suited for remote work or extended stays.
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful outdoor space featuring a furnished patio, gas grill, and firepit, ideal for evening gatherings and stargazing. A golf cart is also available for easy neighborhood cruising and beach runs.
