Resort Amenities



Guests staying at the property have the option to access the amenities at the Solterra Resort Clubhouse.



Access requires a one-time $45 registration fee per household paid directly at the clubhouse and is only required if guests wish to use the resort amenities.

Pool & Spa Heating



Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool area is fully screened and faces west, providing great afternoon sun.

Pets are welcome in approved properties, subject to our Pet Rules & Pet Agreement. Maximum 2 pets, up to 40 lbs each. A $100 pet fee applies per pet, and each pet requires a separate fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless safely secured in an appropriate crate, and pets are not allowed on furniture. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and odors. A signed Pet Agreement is required before arrival. Please disclose all pets in advance.





Parking



The community enforces a strict towing policy.

• No parking on grass or blocking sidewalks or homes

• Please use the driveway, garage, or designated overflow spaces



Enjoy the convenience of a private two-car garage—an added advantage in this resort, where street parking is not allowed. The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles.
