Elegant downtown Aspen vacation rental loft. Three blocks from Aspen ski mountain and two blocks from downtown Aspen shopping and dining. Condo has vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Recently remodeled granite, cherry and stainless kitchen, marble fireplace, chestnut floors, and marble bathroom.
Condo has a queen bed in the loft and a queen murphy bed that reclines in front of the fireplace. This nest is both cozy and charming. It is the ultimate in location-walk everywhere. Small, quiet complex with beautiful views of Aspen Mountain and Red Mountain.

Really nice condo in a small block of six. Short walk to the ski lifts. The condo has a nice feel to it, is roomy for a studio and has a very good kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again.
We spent Christmas 2013 in Andrea's wonderful loft. A very cozy and inviting downtown loft. You can walk to everything and the City Market is 2 minutes away. The condo itself is beautifully designed, it makes to you feel at home. The romantic fireplace is wonderful. We would definitely like to return again!
The property is a well organized clean studio loft, with a comfortable queen size Murphy bed and
another queen size loft bed over the kitchen. Access to the loft bed is by stairs ascending the wall,
which is fine for a younger individual(my adult daughter slept there). We were able to cook dinner
in the kitchen(which has good counter space) 3 nights, with the vent for the electric stove exiting to the outside of the condo. As the fridge temp control was disconnected by the owner, I would recommend that it is set at a lower temperature; it is a bit warm for products such as milk.
Also, I am not a big fan of non-stick Teflon cookware which I would also recommend replacing with all metal cookware. The fire place is wood burning, and there is plenty of very dry hardwood stacked just outside the front door. The condo is on the top floor, of the two story building, and you must walk up a covered stairway. The location is great, on corner of Main Street and Spring Street, 3 blocks from Ajax Mountain, near Restaurants and Stores down Main Street, and 2 blocks from City Market down Spring Street. I would recommend this property to others.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Aspen walking distance to town and the mountain this is the place for you. It is more than charming with great amenities, in particular the kitchen and fireplace. It is a top floor unit so very quiet and full of light. The Murphy bed in the living room worked out great (it pulls out in the area behind the love seat shown in the photographs and doesn't get in the way at all). This place is truly perfect for a couple and half the price of the nicer hotels in town, which we also considered. We couldn't be happier with our choice!
Adrea's condo is in a great location in Aspen. Literally an easy walk to the slopes. The place is cozy and incredibly warm and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and necessary info. The negatives were no dishtowels, no hot pads, no toaster and the loft is really not that useable for sleeping. The ladder up to it is directly attached to the wall so getting up and down is no easy matter. However the murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to put up and down if you wanted the space, and there was just the two of us. Definitely would reccommend.
Aspen downtown loft is 4 blocks from Aspen Ski Mountain and 1-3 blocks from all downtown restaurants and shops.
