Property was excellent and as described. Ocean view deserves more stars than exist. Private beach was amazing and quiet/uncrowded. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Property and house were immaculate and well-stocked, check in and check out were easy/uncomplicated. Host was really responsive and provided clear instructions for checking in/out and things to do locally (though we didn't really need for much, things were really clearly spelled out). Pack n play and high chair that live in the house and didn't require additional fee would've been really convenient if I had been travelling with a slightly younger baby/toddler, so figured I'd mention. Having only 1 fairly small bathroom with a larger family might be challenging- that's probably my only critique. Property wasn't mis-represented or anything but definitely be ready to be intimately familiar with your party's bathroom habits. Bringing my kid's training potty was really handy travelling with a 3 year old, and I was glad we brought beach/sand toys, but other than that the space was awesome and met all our needs. Sunset views from the deck, proximity to downtown, quiet location... perfect already want to come back next year! Also easy to go back to the house from the beach when your child demands they need to go potty immediately- just in case anyone else is in the same boat with recent potty training. Lobster pound less than half a city block away re-opened while we were there, and that was amazing!

we had a wonderful week! The location and view from this house can't be beat. Being there for the week of July 3rd was incredible! Neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. The house was very clean and well stocked with all essentials, including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and even towels/sunscreen! Owner communication was awesome, and super friendly. Beach is literally right across the street, either by stairs or boat ramp. Very convenient. Outdoor shower is spacious and really nice. We had 4 people most of the week, with my parents staying a few nights. Sleeping 6 people in this house feels about right, I wouldn't do more than that. We hope to be back next year for sure!
