About this property

Casa Blanca Montgo, Privater Pool und Meerblick

The house was almost entirely refurnished in 2021 and fully equipped with new appliances.
In December 2022, the flooring was replaced, a new kitchen was installed, and a new double-sided fireplace was added for both living rooms.
Our robot vacuum cleans the floors for you while you and your family relax and enjoy your holiday. We’ve placed great emphasis on high-quality amenities so you’ll feel right at home.

ErhoRelax in our quiet, Mediterranean-style holiday home—modernised with spectacular views of Denia, the castle, the sea, and Montgo.
Enjoy the tranquility by the private pool with its spacious garden that surrounds the entire house. The house is also surrounded on all sides by a terrace and lounge area. You’re welcome to enjoy the panoramic views from our rooftop terrace, which you can reach via the outdoor staircase.


The patio leads to the entryway, the barbecue area, and the pool. In the entryway, there is a small hallway leading on one side to the first bedroom with a double bed and its own terrace, and on the other side to the open-concept kitchen with living and dining areas and a terrace. From there, you can access another living area on one side, featuring a sleeper sofa for one person. Both living areas are equipped with TVs.
On the kitchen side, there is another hallway with two bathrooms (both with showers) and two bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable double beds.

We welcome you in both summer and winter with pleasant sunshine; however, the house remains pleasantly cool in the summer.


You’ll need to provide your own firewood for the fireplace.


Private parking is available on the street in front of the house, as it’s located on a dead-end street.


Distance to town: approx. 3 km; harbour: 4 km; sandy beach: approx. 5 km; shopping: 2 km; approximately 1 hour’s drive to the airports in Alicante and Valencia.

Denia is known for its kilometres of sandy beaches, gourmet cuisine, festivals, and pleasant climate. From here, you can take the ferry to Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca. You can also find more information online.

Tolle Unterkunft, gemütlich und einen herrlichen Blick über Denia, zum Montgo Berg, bis zum Meer.

Super entspannt, sehr gemütlich, sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail und super Hundefreundlich. Sehr nette sympathische Gastgeberin.

Alojamiento maravilloso

La casa está en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca del casco antiguo de Denia en coche. Preciosa la decoración y no le falta detalle.Silke nos recibió y nos explico todo, fue muy atenta. Muy recomendable, espero volver.

Villa très agréable avec emplacement idéal

Super séjour dans la maison charmante de Silke. Emplacement idéal, au calme à 10min du centre. Le lieu est venteux surtout à partir de la fin de l après midi, mais la terrasse et coin repas reste à l abri. La vue sur le Montgo de la piscine et celle de la terrasse sur Denia et son château sont superbes. Aussi le roof top nous a permis de profiter du feu d artifice de la fête des Maures au calme, loin de la foule🎆. Silke est très réactive et se préoccupe du bien être de ses hôtes, merci pour les délicates attention à notre arrivée. Le parking privé n est pas accessible, il faut se garer dehors devant la maison dans la rue qui est une impasse, ce qui au final malgré notre déception n à pas été gênant.

Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Ankunft gekühltes Wasser, Obst und einen Wein bereitgestellt. Das Highlight an dem Haus ist der Pool mit seinem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison parfaite

Merci pour ces vacances 100% réussies. La maison est en tout point conforme aux photos. Maison au calme dans une impasse, Véhicule indispensable mais en 10 min vous êtes au cœur de Dénia. Les + : la climatisation dans toutes les pièces, la vue montagne depuis la piscine, vue mer depuis l'espace repas... Décoration agréable et très bon accueil. j'espère pouvoir revenir ...

schöner Urlaub !!!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine angenehme ruhige Lage und dennoch ist man sehr schnell mit dem Auto in Denia und an den Stränden. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Pfeiffer war perfekt, Sie war immer erreichbar. Wir werden dieses Haus wieder buchen wenn wir in Denia Urlaub machen.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und Mongo!!

Wir hatten zwei entspannte schöne Wochen in Denia. Das Haus liegt direkt am Fusse des Mongo. Dieser Berg lädt ein zum Wandern mit mega Aussicht und der Einstieg in den Wanderweg ist nur wenige Meter weg vom Haus.(Achtung Wanderungen möglichst nur mit Wanderschuhen, die Wege sind nicht wie in Österreich oder Südtirol.) Wir kommen schon sehr viele Jahre in diese Gegend und das Gesamtpaket Haus/Pool - Meer - Aktivitäten und Stadtfeeling ist unschlagbar. Wir können das Haus mit ruhigem gewissen weiterempfehlen. Noch ist offen wo es nächstes Jahr hingeht aber wenn wir nach Denia kommen melden wir uns.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus von Frau Pfeiffer ist in einer Sackgasse auf dem Berg und ist somit sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen , es stören keine Autos und auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Das Haus ist total schön gelegen und genauso auch auf dem Bild beschrieben. Auf der Seite wo eine der zwei Terrassen liegen , kann man auf das Meer sehen und auf der anderen Seite wo der Pool ist, sieht man den wunderschönen Berg und kann auch hier gemütlich in der Sitzlounge chillen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist groß und somit hatten meine drei Kinder und wir / zwei Erwachsene genug Platz um zu toben. Der Pool hat eine römische Treppe und hier können auch kleinere Kinder super ein und aussteigen. Zum Strand fährt man am besten mit dem Auto / 15 Minuten und auch der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) ist schon nach 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Frau Pfeiffer hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war auch bei Fragen immer für uns da. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen ! Danke für den schönen Urlaub in ihrem Haus. Liebe Grüße aus Düsseldorf

Jeder Zeit wieder!

Unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus von Frau Pfeiffer war super. Egal was wir für Fragen oder Probleme hatten, Sie stand uns jeder zeit mit Antworten und Rat zur Seite. Das Fereienhaus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert und mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist wunderschön. Die Straßen zum Ferienhaus ist ein sehr holpeliger, steiler Weg aber das nimmt man für eine so tolle Aussicht in Kauf. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Qué maravilla!

Fin de semana con amigas, la casa es exactamente como sale en las fotos pero la experiencia acaba siendo aún mejor cuando al llegar allí encuentras las vistas al mar des de un lado, y la majestuosa montaña del Montgó por el otro por la que salía la luna por la noche muy tímidamente. Silke es simplemente un amor de persona, nos respondió a los mensajes y dudas antes de ir a la casa todo muy eficientemente, así como también nos recomendó algunos sitios de la zona una vez llegamos allí. Es una casa a la que quieres volver, con todas las facilidades que podrías necesitar yendo en verano (utensilios cocina, toallas, secador, aire acondicionado y piscina con luces). Gracias Silke por darnos la oportunidad de estar en esta maravilla de casa, danke!

Estancia muy agradable a los pies del monte Montgó

La casa esta situada en una zona privilegiada de Denia. Por un lado puedes divisar la costa y por el otro el Montgó, lo que convierte a este entorno en privilegiado. La casa está muy bien distribuida y tiene de todo. Esta rodeada de vegetación por todas partes, palmeras, olivos, romero, algún limonero y todo tipo de plantas. La zona de piscina es amplia, con hamacas y ducha exterior. La zona de la barbacoa dispone de una barbacoa portátil y una de obra. La de obra está inutilizada porque no se debe de limpiar desde hace tiempo por lo que nos hemos apañado con la portátil. En esta zona además se dispone de un pequeño frigorífico. Destacamos la zona del porche por su situación con vistas al mar lo que le convierte en la zona de la casa mejor para poder comer o cenar al aire libre, pues el viento que hay a partir de la tarde no molesta. En cuanto a las habitaciones, el único pero es que una no tiene persiana ni store que la aísle del calor que le da por la tarde. Se lo hemos comentado al propietario porque hace que esa estancia sea más calurosa que las demás puesto que tampoco dispone de aire acondicionado. Uno de los baños es muy pequeño pero cumple con su función. En resumen, una casa para disfrutar del mar y la montaña en una zona muy tranquila y bonita.

Superbe Villa

Superbe villa bien décorée, bien équipée correspondant parfaitement aux photos. Jardin magnifique et très agréable. La villa est très bien situé, au calme et offre un superbe panorama sur la baie de Denia. Accueil très sympathique, la propriétaire est très prévenante et fait tout pour le confort de ses locataires. Allez y les yeux fermés

Excelente y preciosa casa!

La casa es fantástica. La ubicación en la parte alta de Denia es increíble, por las vistas que le da a la casa y por la tranquilidad que ofrece. La casa estaba muy limpia y ofrece todos los servicios que necesitas; cocina perfectamente equipada, etc....El jardín es fantástico, con unas vistas preciosas y la piscina perfecta y bien mantenida. He echado de menos persianas en dos habitaciones de la casa aunque en el salón y en otras habitaciones sí que había. Pero en resumen, estamos deseando volver a esta casa porque nos ha encantado!! Gracias a los propietarios por la amabilidad y por dejarnos agua, vino y frutas a nuestra llegada!

Casa preciosa y acogedora.

He estado con mi familia una semana de vacaciones. La casa tiene unas vistas espectaculares, en una zona tranquila cercana al centro de Denia, aunque siempre con coche. Pero merece la pena si quieres tranquilidad y vistas. Todos hemos disfrutado de la piscina y de una casa muy cómoda, decorada con mucho gusto y detalles. La anfitriona nos dejó varios detalles de bienvenida, todo un detallazo, muchas gracias Silke. Además está muy pendiente de que te encuentres bien en su casa y dispuesta a resolver cada duda o problema que pudiera surgir. Es una casa totalmente recomendable.
