Sun deck, cozy vacation home near the forest and beach

This exclusive and comfortably furnished 5-star vacation home with an outdoor hot tub is located in a quiet area on the western outskirts of Prerow. Right next to the house is the bike and hiking trail leading to Weststrand, Germany’s most beautiful natural beach. The fine-sand swimming beach, Nordstrand, is about a 12-minute walk away.
On the first floor of the house, which is decorated in a Nordic maritime style, the large living room—featuring a leather couch and a 65-inch HD TV—is particularly impressive; it flows into the dining area with a wood-burning stove and opens onto the open-concept kitchen. The sun terraces are equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and a beach chair. You’ll be treated to sunshine here first thing in the morning, and in the evening, it’s the perfect spot for cozy barbecue nights. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms with double beds, one of which is equipped with a TV.
There is another room on the first floor that can be used as an alternative sleeping arrangement (e.g., for snorers).

As a special highlight, Haus Sonnendeck—the only one in Prerow—features an outdoor hot tub, which can be booked upon request and will then be filled with fresh water just for you. The ultimate relaxation experience to round off your day or as a consolation when the weather is bad. At Haus Sonnendeck, with its hot tub, sauna, and fireplace, there’s really no such thing as bad weather. It’s therefore perfectly equipped for any season.

Please note that if you book the hot tub, it can’t be filled with fresh water until the following Monday.
