Welcome to “Sommerlicht” in Dierhagen-Neuhaus—your spacious semi-detached home for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. With 122 m² of living space, a comfortable temporary home awaits you, accommodating up to seven people—ideal for families or groups who want to travel together while still enjoying plenty of space.

On the first floor, the open living area with a cozy sofa nook, fireplace, and integrated kitchen forms the heart of the home. Here you can cook together, laugh, and spend relaxing evenings. The crackling fire in the fireplace creates a warm, cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. A guest bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out this floor.

A special highlight are the two terraces—facing east and south. Start your day with breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy the peace and fresh air in the evening.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, as well as another bedroom with a single bed. The spacious bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, inviting you to relax. The in-house sauna, available to you free of charge, provides additional moments of relaxation—ideal after a long walk on the beach.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds—perfect for children or friends.

The house is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (since 2024), offering modern conveniences even for longer stays.

Pets are welcome, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the vacation too. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Two parking spaces right next to the house ensure a convenient arrival.

Just a few steps from the beach and located right next to the forest, these 122 m² homes each offer space for up to 7 people. An enclosed garden and two parking spaces or garage spots provide additional convenience. Your four-legged friend is also welcome.
