Enjoy your holiday in this newly built chalet in Inzell! Pure relaxation awaits you here with a private outdoor pool (weather permitting, from May to September) and a private sauna. Spend relaxing summer evenings on the spacious pool terrace with direct views of the Chiemgau Alps. The Inzell holiday resort is nestled in the heart of the Chiemgau and Berchtesgaden Alps and is in close proximity to the Inzell spa and water park (650 m above sea level). Experience the impressive Inzell landscape with its sunny valley, picturesque mountain meadows, and mountain lakes, and enjoy the magnificent panorama on the forest and moorland trails during a hike or bike tour. In winter, there are excellent opportunities for ice skating and skiing. The Max Aicher Arena is located directly in the village, and the Kesselalm Lifte Inzell and Pommernlift ski areas in Adlgaß are nearby. Inzell itself offers fantastic conditions with 80 km of cross-country ski trails accessible right from the doorstep. In addition to the Kaltenbach ski area, the Winklmoos Steinplatte and Lofer ski areas are also nearby.
From April to October, we are happy to provide a charcoal grill at the chalets. Please bring your own charcoal. We would also kindly ask you to clean the grill before your departure.

Hiking and mountain tours in the Chiemgau Alps are available in the surrounding area. Lake Chiemsee, Lake Königssee, and Lake Waginger See are just a short drive away. Families will love the Inzell water park with its indoor pool, giant slide, and natural swimming lake. Inzell also boasts the Max Aicher Arena, an ice rink with a 400-meter speed skating track and ice hockey rink. In winter, the Kesselalm lifts are 2.5 km away and the Pommern lift is 5 km away.
