For shared use: swimming pool angular fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:30-20:00). In the house: lift. Shop 300 m, grocery 150 m, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 150 m, bus stop "HALTE ROUTIERE" 500 m, park "Aqualand" 24 km, diving center 600 m. Sports harbour 600 m, sailing school 400 m, minigolf 12 km, cycle lane 400 m. Nearby attractions: Azur Park, Paint-ball 12 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 13 km, St-Tropez 17 km, St-Maxime 24 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Fenouillet 3 km, Sentier du littoral 7 km, Toulon 60 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cavalaire.

Large terrace 47 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 38 (fenced). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Belle prestation sur Cavalaire

Nous avons séjourné dans ce belle appartement de cavalaire sur mer. Très bien équipé, dommage qu'il n'y a pas de store banne sur la terrasse et la clim dans le séjour /salon. (uniquement présente dans la chambre). Sinon tout était parfait. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bel appartement très bien équipé. Le mobilier moderne est super. La salle de bains est spacieuse. Quant à la terrasse, elle est fantastique. L'immeuble est bien situé. La place de parking dans le garage fermé est confortable.

Appartement terrasse neuf agréable

Appartement neuf avec ascenseur, très bien équipé et agréable, grande terrasse, grande place de parking en sous sol mais literie canapé trop dure. Dommage que la climatisation est dans la chambre et non dans la pièce principale, pas de micro onde et mer a 700 mètres au lieu des 300 mètres annoncés..
