I had such a great stay at Abbey’s cottage! Check in was a breeze, the house was super clean, and the interior decoration is lovely. Lots of little touches made me feel at home right away. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I loved hanging out on the patio. The location is super convenient to Portland, yet the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I also loved checking out Mackworth island. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Abbey!

This property was in a great location, a quiet, walkable neighborhood a few minute drive from downtown Portland ME. Grocery stores are just a mile or two from the property so it’s easy to restock supplies when needed. The one floor layout met the needs of one of our party that has difficulty maneuvering stairs. We were impressed on how impeccably clean the house was. You can tell that the owners care about their guests.

This is an adorable coastal cottage in a great neighborhood and was a convenient launching point for our family’s (2 adults, 2 kids) Maine adventures.The house is clean and updated and had everything we needed as far as amenities. Kitchen is well stocked, washer and dryer worked well and laundry supplies provided, plenty of towels, etc. The weather was warm a few of the days we were there and the A/C units came in handy. We loved taking walks in the peaceful neighborhood. The town with grocery stores, restaurants, nice places to grab coffee, etc. is just a few minutes up the road and most places in Portland were about a 10-minute drive. Can’t say enough good things about the location.Overall, we would come back and would recommend staying here if you’re considering it!

Highly recommended! Our stay was fantastic! The house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, organized, and a great layout. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Laundry in the basement was a bonus. The location was another huge plus. Just down the street from the bay, in a very quiet neighborhood great for morning walks—five minutes from shopping in Falmouth and just a short drive to Portland, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone, especially families looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped vacation rental.

This was such a perfect rental! So clean and decorated so nicely. Felt cozy without being cluttered and in a lovely neighborhood. Walk just to the end of the street and you have beautiful water views. Lots of unused storage in closets and drawers. Everything needed in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

Abbey’s beautiful home was the perfect place for our trip to Falmouth! The location is so convenient, walking distance to beach and trails on Mackworth Island and a quick drive into Portland. Our two year old daughter loved the house as well, and the spacious backyard was ideal for a relaxing outdoor dinner after a day of exploring. Cozy and charming, each detail of the house is so thoughtfully designed and decorated and adds to the great experience. Overall, the space is so stunning and welcoming, and Abbey was an amazing host! Thank you again for everything!
