The building is at street level, so it has very easy access on foot as well as by car to the parking lot.

For building security and access protocol, it is necessary to present an official identification for each guest, matching the data provided through the Airbnb chat upon arrival at the building.
GENERAL RULES FOR AIRBNB
It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm; a fine will be applied upon the first warning.
3. Access will only be granted to guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host.
4. Identification for guests and visitors must be shown at the time of check-in at the building.
5. Parties are prohibited, and wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
6. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, additional cleaning or replacement charges will apply.
7. Charges will apply for towels and/or bed linens if they are soiled, either by makeup or other substances.
8. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
9. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
10. Only the assigned parking space may be used.
11. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
12. Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be approved by the host.
13. The amenity rules must be followed.
14. Keys and/or access cards should be left in the location specified by the host.
BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES
1. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
2. Only the assigned parking space may be used.
3. Neighbors and security guards should be treated with respect.
FINES
Violating any point of both regulations may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Stained couch, rug, or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain cannot be removed, the full item will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional $1,000 fee will apply).
Damage to property: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
Lost keys and/or access cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will apply.
