1. Check-out is strictly at 10:00AM. Our cleaning teams are scheduled precisely to ensure the home is perfect for the next guest.
2. No smoking or vaping. This applies to the entire interior of the home. Any evidence or odor of smoking will result in a deep cleaning fee.
3. No parties or unauthorized events. Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property after 10:00PM.
4. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Please respect our neighbors!
5. No pets on the furniture or beds.
6. No running around the pool. No diving into the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Flushing something other than toilet paper may result in a backup of the septic system.
8. Please park only in the driveway.
9. Children under the age of 12 are strictly prohibited from climbing to or using the Crow`s Nest without direct, arms reach adult supervision.
10. For your safety, do not use the Crow`s Nest if you have been consuming alcohol or are otherwise impaired.
11. The Crow`s Nest must be vacated immediately during high winds, thunderstorms, or lightning. Do not use this area during inclement Florida weather.
12. Guests must keep both feet on the deck floor at all times. Do not sit on, lean over, or climb up on any railings.
