Beautiful home in Krems II/Warderbrück

Spend an unforgettable holiday close to the lake in this cosy, modern holiday home.



The house is comfortable and equipped to a high standard in every respect. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with double beds. The day bed in the 3rd bedroom can be pulled out and is suitable for two people. In cooler seasons, the sauna in the house is very inviting and the fireplace in the living room spreads cosy warmth. There is underfloor heating in all rooms.



On warm days, you can enjoy breakfast with the whole family on the spacious terrace. Insect screens keep mosquitoes out of the interior.



This house offers something special for art lovers. It is decorated with works by regional artists.



The Wardersee holiday village is located in the Holstein Switzerland Nature Park. Between forests, meadows, rivers and lakes you will find peace and relaxation, as well as inspiration and opportunities for a variety of activities for the whole family. The bathing area at the Wardersee is only a few steps away from the house. You can cool off in the clear water, then relax on the sunbathing lawn or stroll back to your own terrace in your bathrobe.



Anglers and golfers will also get their money's worth. There are three fishing ponds in the immediate vicinity. A special licence is required for fishing. On the other side of the lake there is an 18-hole golf course for professionals or beginners. You can explore the varied landscape and wildlife of Schleswig-Holstein by bike or on foot. There are beautiful hiking routes and many low-traffic roads and paths for cyclists. You can also go horse riding in the countryside thanks to the nearby riding centre.



The Trappenkamp adventure forest with nature play areas, wildlife enclosures and adventure trails is a great destination for children. Hamburg and Lübeck as well as various Baltic seaside resorts are also within easy reach.



Please note that travelling with any kind of watercraft (boats, SUPs etc.) is not permitted.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Gemütliches eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Hohe Räume, große Glasflächen, dadurch sehr heller Wohnbereich. Gut ausgestattete Küche und ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Leider gab es keine Polsterauflagen für die Terassenstühle. Bei Regen hört man in einem der Schlafzimmer den Regen relativ laut im Rohr abfließen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
