On the ground floor, you’ll find the entryway (accessible via 6 steps or at ground level through the side entrance),
the open, bright kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer combo, plenty of dishes and silverware, and a microwave; right next to it is the dining room with a wood-burning stove, as well as a large double bedroom (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with comfortable mattresses, mattress toppers, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Another bedroom is located on the ground floor, furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), mattress toppers, and comfortable mattresses.

Here you’ll also find the spacious and cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and another bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

All windows have blinds and, for the most part, fly screens as well; there are 2 TVs with satellite, a radio/CD/DVD player, and Wi-Fi internet.
The two wood-burning stoves provide cosy warmth on cool days; the firewood is stored behind the house.

Half of the huge 5,000-square-meter garden is fenced in, so you can run around, barbecue, and relax to your heart’s content.

A lovely patio with patio furniture and a grill is waiting to be used.

There are several parking spaces available in front of the house on a wide driveway.
