Then we look forward to welcoming you soon in our “Überflieger” holiday apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The 52 square meter apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building. The bright and friendly apartment has a modern living and dining area, which is even equipped with a cozy workplace. When the rain pelts pleasantly on the roof, you can spend cozy hours on the comfortable sofa area. A modern TV set is of course available to you here. There is also a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs in the living area.
The open kitchen is cleverly incorporated into the sloping roof and equipped with everything the hobby chef needs. Of course, a coffee machine is also available.

Bedroom with balcony access

A comfortable bedroom with a double bed is available for your long vacation sleep. A chest of drawers provides enough space for your items of clothing - you will also find a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. Your sleeping oasis has a balcony, of course with seating and awning. Here you can watch the mountain scenery wake up early in the morning.

Wellness on vacation

The renovated bathroom has a bathtub with shower facility and is equipped with a sophisticated double mirror.

Of course, a free parking space is available at the house during your stay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
