Semi-detached house "Frederike" - your vacation home in St.Peter-Böhl

This beautiful half of a thatched-roof Frisian house is harmoniously nestled against a sand dune and located right next to the golf course in the tranquil Böhl neighborhood. Just a few minutes’ walk away is the Böhl beach access point, where you can take a lovely stroll along the beach and enjoy the vastness of the coast.
A fireplace in the living area creates a cozy atmosphere, even when the weather turns cooler. The beautiful terrace with a large garden invites you to enjoy meals together outdoors.

The living space of approximately 100 m² spans 3 floors and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the garden; a guest restroom; and a storage room
The first floor is equipped with underfloor heating; in season, the terrace also features garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a beach chair.

Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses), one bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200 cm each), a bathroom with shower and toilet
The bedroom windows are equipped with insect screens.

Attic: one bedroom with an alcove bed (120 x 200 cm) and a small desk
From there, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding area.

There is a covered area on the property for bicycles, and one parking space is available for your car.

You’re welcome to bring your dog.

Die Haushälfte Frederike ist neu, entsprechend sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Alles wirkt wertig, insbesondere die Küche ist klasse ausgestattet. Die Lage ist weit weg vom Zentrum, aber fußläufig zum Böhler Leuchtturm. Wir könnten uns in dieser Unterkunft auch mehrere Wochen vorstellen. Garten direkt am Wohnzimmer ideal für kleinere Hunde. Buchung und Betreuung hervorragend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Bett ist nicht optimal. Die Matratzen sind zu weich und verbraucht. Die Schlafzimmertür knarrt beim Öffnen und Schließen laut. Die Dusche ist aufgrund, dass die Duschtür nur nach innen zu öffnen ist, sehr eng. Der nicht dicke Bauch muss eingezogen werden, um die Duschtür zu schließen und nach dem Duschen zu öffnen. Nein. Wegen der Dusche. Wir sind schon ganz viele Jahre bei Koch und Co. Kunde. Die Betreuung ist hervorragend.

Aufgrund des Zustandes der Terrasse und der mangelnden Privatsphäre (da der Garten zum Nachbarn nur durch einen Maschendrahtzaun getrennt ist und man so häufig auf dem Präsentierteller beispielsweise im Liegestuhl liegt) würden wir dieses Haus vermutlich nicht mehr buchen.
