Spacious apartment and friendly / very responsive property manager.

We stayed in the apartment for about a week to visit our family in the area. The apartment was clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The property manager Anna was very friendly and responsive to all questions we had. The only downside is the limited parking space, although we always found a curbside parking space near the house.

helle, sehr große Wohnung am Stadtrand von Aachen

Die Wohnung ist perfekt: groß, neu, sehr hell mit Ausblick, im Grünen gelegen und repräsentativ. Kohlscheid, der Stadtteil hat alles, was man braucht und ist dennoch sehr ruhig und relativ nah zum Aachener Zentrum. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Anfahrt ist etwas "hakelig".

Tolle Großräumige Saubere Unterkunft

Die Vermieterin war mit der Ankunftszeit sehr flexibel und hat uns bei der Ankunft auch einige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, das war super hilfreich, Danke! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine große Küche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Die 2 Betten(je 1,40m) haben uns nicht ganz gereicht weil wir zu fünft waren. Einer hat auf der großen Couch geschlafen, das hat gepasst. Das Bad ist groß und auch noch ziemlich neu, wie sehr vieles in der Unterkunft. Wir würden nochmal kommen, wenn wir wieder Mal in der Gegend sind!
