BR Villas are located in central Istria, between the towns Pazin and Porec. The property consists out of 2 two villas, each sold separately as single properties. Both villas are air conditioned, with free WiFi and each with its own outdoor swimming pool.
This 66 m2 designer villa is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 6 persons.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the 1st floor. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, SAT TV and a fire place, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area large enough for the entire group to spend quality time together. Washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board are at guests disposal. There is also an outdoor dining area with a grill. The living room has a direct access to the swimming pool. Private pool of 6 m2 is completely enclosed and situated next to an enclosed terrace and dining area. An outdoor shower is also available.
Private parking is available free of charge.
