This 1939 remodeled historic house is the perfect home base for your trip to Pensacola. Just 2 miles from downtown and a 15-20 minute drive to Perdido or Pensacola Beaches! Guests will find three lovely bedrooms, including a king bed, a queen bed, and a children’s bunk bed. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The soothing living room features a huge sectional, providing extra space to relax or accommodate more guests. With heating and AC, the house stays comfortable year-round. Enjoy all that Pensacola has to offer when you stay at our place.
