Relax with the whole family at our super comfortable 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Perdido Key home. Enjoy a day at the beach and return to this peaceful home that has everything you need for an amazing vacation. Our kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for cooking up a yummy meal during your stay. This home is so convenient to all that the Perdido Key area has to offer! Watch the Blue Angels practice and visit the Naval Aviation Museum at the nearby NAS Navy base. Rent a boat and cruise around Big Lagoon and aurrounding islands. Bring your boat and use the public boat launch that's one minute away! Plenty of parking for your car and boat.

Very clean. Amazing home. Very comfortable. Perfect area with restaurants and dog parks nearby. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard especially when automatic sprinklers came on. We loved having extra throws supplied for dog.

Perfection

We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area. Great location, house was exactly as the pictures indicated. 5 minutes from the beach. 2 minutes to Publix. Plenty of room inside the house and in the back yard. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Cheer Comp Weekend

We were looking for a place close to the Pensacola Bay Center for a cheer competition but didnt want to be caught in all the crowded areas. This place was perfect, the house has plenty of room and is a very short drive to Johnsons Beach and plenty of good eating. Have already recommended this house to others for their beach trips.

Wonderful Short Weekend

The house was very nice, close to the beach and good restaurants. The next time we visit the Perdido Key area, if the house is available will definitely book again.

Home away from home

Pensacola Beach House

Great House for a Family Reunion !! You can see the Canal from the driveway , can walk the kids to the Playground , go to a good Seafood Restaurant or to a fresh Seafood Store ( which we did a number of times ) which is sooo good !! The Beach we went to the most was Johnson's Beach , there is a fee after 8am but it has Showers , Lifeguards & a Pavilion with lots of picnic tables !!

Great property

This house is so charming. My daughter & I came into town for a wedding and brought her Border Collie,Gus with us. We all enjoyed our stay. The fenced in back yard was perfect for Gus we even took him to a dog park that was very close to the house. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. I would highly recommend staying with Joy. She was very accommodating & a pleasure to deal with.

An Amazing Stay

Our trip

The property was everything it was advertised to be. The host has provided so many special “at home” extras like beach toys, extra beach towels, laundry soap, pancake mix, tissues, and a binder with information about the area. We ate a a wonderful restaurant at her recommendation and we played on the beach on the other side due to the higher waves. It was a great place to stay and the host has thought of everything!

Very nice place...has everything you need

The listing is very accurate. The place is clean and has everything you need. Only one thing I would mention for pet owners is that there is some sticker ball things in the backyard that get in the pets feet and fur and can hurt their paws, but that's just mother nature. Everything at the house was wonderful and Joy has thought of everything you might need.

Family beach vacation

Great location and property with our 12 yr old daughter and 3 dogs, house was perfect size and as advertised in photos. No issues accept the master bathroom toilet stopped working our second night. The host offered to fix and was very responsive, but we opted to just use the other two bathrooms instead. Also the outdoor porch light was out which made it hard to see the sprinklers when we were returning at night so I got sprayed a few times, but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again!!!

Amazing home! Great host!

We stayed a Joy's Beach House for 3 weeks escaping the cold of MN for a short time. It was a working vacation. More vacation than working, as it should be!The home and location are fantastic! Very clean, very well stocked, and equipped with everything you could need! Including equipment to enjoy the beaches. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed walking our dog and viewing the sunrise and sunset. Being located between downtown Pensacola and Gulf Shores, AL, gives you endless places to visit and explore. Having the use of the garage was a big plus!The fully fenced and beautifully landscaped backyard was enjoyed by us and our dog. During one of the many dog walks, my wife bought some fresh shrimp and Grouper from the seafood shop down the street and we grilled them alongside some T-bone steaks for a surf and turf dinner on the deck. The patio lighting on the deck was really nice, too! The internet speed was great and I was able to work without any issues - even from the deck. If you are looking for a great and spacious home to spend time in the Pensacola area, we definitely recommend Joy's Beach House!

Best. Place. Ever.

Upon entering I was almost in happy tears at how this location met and exceeded my expectations. It was perfect! From the cleanliness, location, extras provided by the property owner and much more, we will definitely stay here from here on out! The location was exceptional, being in Publix’s back yard basically, fast food and gas stations right down the road, and only a 5 minute straight drive down to the beach! We drove into Orange Beach for extra curriculars and it was a pleasant 15/20 minute drive. Excellent property and definitely made our experience! I cannot recommend this location enough. So spacious! We had 8 guests, (3 children/5 adults) and never felt crowded. The master bedroom and loft area were at the top of my list! The fenced in back yard and patio area are enjoyable as well. Love this place, and Joy was excellent in communication and extremely helpful. Book here, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent first time experience in Perdido Key

This property was exactly as advertised. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. The home is very spacious and well maintained. It is decorated very nicely, in fact my mother in law kept asking me to let the owners know what a great job they did. The home was clean and has everything we needed. I really only had to run to the store for food as there were ample spices, oil, etc in the kitchen. There was also coffee and sugar and tea as well. That was a big plus for us. The location can not be beat. It is a stones throw from Publix and you can see the water from the street. The beach was about a 5 minute drive across the bridge. I was especially happy that dogs are allowed for a fee. The backyard is fenced so that made it very to deal with the dog. The owner was very friendly and helpful, checking up on us both before, during and after our stay. I could not have asked for a better experience and we will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

I was born and raised in Pensacola. I grew up enjoying the beautiful beaches and the delicious seafood from the Gulf. I moved to Arizona several years ago, but my heart belongs to the Gulf Coast. I am an elementary teacher and I try to sneak away to visit my home whenever I can.

I have always loved the Innerarity Point neighborhood. It is conveniently located to so many things, while being super close to the beach and still having that "beachy" neighborhood feel.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I've really tried to make this a place that you can just show up and you've got everything you need. When I stay at the house, I am always thinking of what else I can add so that I can really feel at home. I hope you feel the same way!
