Klein aber fein , Lage nicht ganz Optimal wegen Ortsdurchfahrt

Wohnung wie beschrieben und alles neu und modern eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer bei gekipptem Fenster ( im Sommer ) aufgrund der Lage zur Straße definitiv Nachts( Heimgänger, irgendwelcher Anlieferverkehr) und ab morgens 06:30 zu laut ! Ein Wäscheständer (Standartgrösse ) wäre toll aufgrund der Möglichkeit dort zu waschen .
