General: The penthouse, including a large rooftop terrace of approx. 80 m², is located on the 2nd floor and accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). It features a free parking space, in-floor heating, Wi-Fi, and is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.

Living room: Large sofa bed (full-size mattress), smart TV, German-language TV channels, radio (Bluetooth)

Bedroom: Box-spring bed (dimensions: 180 x 200 cm—single continuous mattress), reading lamps, wardrobe, Smart TV, vanity table

Kitchen and household: Built-in kitchen, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, high-quality dishes and silverware
