Whether you’re bringing your horses to explore nearby trails, planning a golf getaway, or simply seeking a quiet place to unwind, you’ll find the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty. Start your morning with coffee on the porch while watching the sunrise, spend the day hiking Big South Fork or exploring Cumberland Plateau attractions, and gather around the fire pit in the evening beneath a sky full of stars. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, guests find convenience and comfort throughout their stay. The quaint house keeps you cozy with heating and cool with AC, making it a brilliant retreat no matter the season. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this home provides a welcoming base. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Golf at PGA level golf courses nearby, hike the Cumberland State Park, horseback ride at nearby East Fork, or hang out on the cathedral-ceiling style enclosed back porch - relax and enjoy! Our property features a barn for rent for those traveling with horses - maximum 6, 2 stalls, a lean-to and 7 pastures/paddocks. Electricity and running water in the barn. Proof of coggins, proof of vaccines, signed waiver and additional fees apply.

The house was beautiful. The location was peaceful, quiet and close to the venue that we needed.The host was excellent and quickly responded to any questions that I had. If I could have given it 10 stars I would have.

I stay in many rental properties and I can say this was the best of the best. Immaculately clean, great ammenities and by far the best host ever! Stellar experience.

We LOVES this rental and it was perfect for our trip! I grew up in Crossville and so I travel back often to see family. Usually we stay with family but sometimes when we have larger gatherings we need to rent a space. This house was just lovely in every way! The beds were comfy, the property was well-kept and serene, the house was well-stocked and SO SO SO ORGANIZED! I love when I can visibly see little things that a vacation rental host does to make it special and this house was full of them! Examples: the labels on the cabinets and drawers, extra blankets & throws plus towels, and having just enough of what was needed in the kitchen but plenty of space for guests’ personal things and food. I really hope we have need to rent again in Crossville just so we can spend more time here! The most incredible thing about it is LOCATION! The homes around the property are just beautiful and it is so private and peaceful. The wildlife we saw was incredible! Every day we saw herds of deer including 2 or 3 fawn on the property. We sat on the little porch under the fan drinking coffee watching the deer and rabbits. Oh and we saw one fox! And the space for our dog was wonderful too. They have a very large fenced area that our Goldendoodle just loved! If I could give Delilah’s Haven 10 stars I would!

We really enjoyed our stay. We watched the Deers outback every morning and evening and the bunny rabbit that came to visit each evening. It’s quiet, peaceful, very relaxing. The only problem we had was that on our first night there the smoke detector went off at 1 AM in the morning. Could not see any reason for that but quite a jolt. Other than that, it was an excellent choice. We will return. Thanks.
