Finca Clara in Cala Sant Vicenc

Precious holiday home with a large pool and spectacular views close to Cala Sant Vicenç. Finca Clara is close to the village and the beach and offers beautiful gardens.

Finca Clara is located at only about 550 metres from the quaint village of Cala Sant Vicenç. This romantic seaside village is at approx. 6 kilometres distance to Pollensa and has two sandy beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. There is a small shop in walking distance to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.


Finca Clara is a beautifully renovated farmhouse located at the foot of the Tramontana mountain range. The house is kept in a traditional Mallorcan countryhouse stlye with many typical elements. It offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with open fireplace. Next to it there is the dining area with a large dining table and the fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the first floor and are fitted with air-conditioning. There are three twin bedrooms and one bedroom with a double bed. The bedrooms are sharing 3 modern bathrooms.

Finca Clara is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with palm trees, bushes, cactuses and flowering plants. The terraces and the pool area offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the hills. The pool measures 9 x 5 meter and is surrounded by lawns and a sun terrace. There is a rustic dining table next to the pool and another one in the shade of the terrace. A brick-built barbecue is next to the pool, a bit below the house.

Children are welcome. A cot and a highchair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added off season.
