The location is a bit off the main city but is quite close to several beaches and the town it’s self

There are multiple large supermarkets and restaurants in vicinity. No stairs, A/C worked well, place was not noisy at night. Car parking was ideal.

Loved the property and location.

Visited Mallorca for the first time with family and staying at this property made it more special. The owner was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and recommended good places. Apartment is located about a block from a lovely plaza where is very lively specially on Sundays when locals farmers bring fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods. The apartment was very modern, super clean and spacious. We loved that it had private parking inside a private gated lot. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect apartment in the city center

Modern and spacious. Stocked with every appliance one would need while on vacation. Directly in the heart of Sa Pobla. Check-In / Check-Out couldn’t be any easier. Very nice! Water heater sometimes pops the main fuse / doesn’t work all the time.

Beautiful accommodation

I can only recommend the accommodation. Beautiful and spacious apartment ideal for four people. It is great that the apartment has a parking space in a private parking lot, which you will appreciate a lot in Sa Pobla because of the narrow streets. Check in was very easy and thanks to the clear instructions we found everything without any problems. Upon arrival we had small snacks, water and beer ready, just great. Thank you very much for the great accommodation, which I can definitely recommend. When we wanted to use the kettle, it take off the fuses. So we could not used the kettle.

Ich hatte einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Sa Pobla!

Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und mit neuwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Besonders praktisch ist der abgesperrte Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft, das macht alles super bequem. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es ist alles da, was man braucht, und eine kleine Grundausstattung erleichtert den Start sehr. Die Lage ist top: mitten im Zentrum, mit kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist Sa Pobla ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden – viele tolle Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Morgens kann es durch Straßenreinigung und Müllentsorgung etwas lauter sein, aber insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit hier genossen. Ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

O cazare frumoasă

Locuinta a aratat exact ca in poze. Singurele lucruri negative pe care le pot spune sunt faptul ca am fost 4 persoane si nu am avut suficiente prosoape dar ulterior s-a rezolvat de catre gazda, faptul ca avea un boiler de apa calda foarte mic si apa calda nu ajungea pentru 4 dusuri unul dupa altul si trebuia sa asteptam putin pana se incalzea apa dar ne-am descurcat destul de bine, lucru care ar mai trebui imbunatatit ar trebui sa fie internetul si faptul ca nu erau televizoare in camere..dar aceste lucruri nu ne-au impactat atat de mult sederea, ca urmare sunt de parere ca merita 5 stele. Este de apreciat faptul ca erau 3 aere conditonate in locuinta si mai ales ca totul a aratat exact ca in poze. De asemenea cazarea are toate ustensilele necesare in bucatarie pentru a putea gatii in apartament.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans ce logement, en famille. Logement fidèle à la description, beaucoup d’espace dans la pièce à vivre et grandes chambres avec salle de bain. Hôtes réactifs, qui nous ramènent la chaise bébé à 20h passée. Petites boissons à notre arrivée. Seul petit bémol, dont les autres ne sont pas responsable beaucoup de bruit ( petite rue avec pas mal de passage ) et fenêtres, peu isolées.

Mi opinión.

El apartamento es muy amplio, con un salón-cocina integrados y un mobiliario sencillo pero funcional. La habitación principal con el lavabo y la ducha integrados en el dormitorio dan mucha amplitud, pero el inodoro independiente te da la intimidad necesaria. Lo peor es el tema de la basura. Es un poco rompecabezas como lo gestiona el municipio. No hay contenedores en el pueblo y creo que pasan a recogerla puerta a puerta, pero no he entendido dónde hay que dejarla y cuando pasan a recogerla. Por otro lado haría falta un par de sartenes en condiciones.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena en Ideal Property Mallorca, sin duda la comodidad de un parking propio para dejar el coche se aprecia mucho, el apartamento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y lavar la ropa. La comunicación con el propietario muy buena, nos permitieron ingresar un poco antes y quedarnos un poco mas el ultimo día. Es un pueblo ideal si has alquilado coche para moverte a las diferentes playas. Por las noches dormimos con las ventanas abiertas y se escuchaba bastante el ruido de fuera, al cerrar las ventanas ya no se oía nada por la buena calidad de las ventanas. Cuenta con aire acondicionado en las 2 habitaciones y en el salón.
