Great place to stay

Good sized one bed apartment and the bonus of a roof terrace , well equipped and maintained and great aircon ( needed in 35C) . Ideal location with the beach and many bars a short stroll away.

Great apartment, perfect location

The apartment was perfect for us and the terrace was a huge plus. Great location with the beach only 5 minutes walk away. Lots of places to eat and drink close by including the supermarket. We will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and location

Quiet, spacious apartment, lovely to have the private rooftop terrace, and same level one too. The bed was really comfy. All facilities generally very good, although it could do with a bit more cooking equipment variety for people who like cooking....only 2 tiny pans or 1 huge, 1 tiny knife and a bread knife.

Ideal base in a quiet area

A spacious, comfortable apartment with lots of light and a roof terrace as well as a balcony.Very handy for the beach, bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Parking could be challenging, however we always found a place nearby.The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen good to work in. A couple of smaller saucepans with lids would be useful and a small knife to prepare vegetables.Evening meals on the roof terrace watching the sun go down were idyllic.We would definitely recommend this apartment for people who are happy with steps to the second floor.

Holiday for two

The property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for two with good amenities. It is situated in a quiet street but only short walk to the beach and restaurants. Maria responded quickly to any querys and was extremely accommodating on our last day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maria, Jo and Adrian

June Stay

Lovely apartment with two good sized open spaces and a great base for a week of cycling / going to the beach. However, the kitchen was very limited in appliances and the bed wasn't the best which wasn't helped by only having one pillow per person.

Perfect for relaxing staying

Spacious comfortable apartment with excellent outdoor space on quiet street minutes from everything you need, beach, restaurants, shops. Top floor so few stairs and steep steps to sun terrace. Perfect for two people and a treat to have so much space. Mountain and rooftop views. Less than 10min walk from central bus station as well as good street parking. All together a perfect place to enjoy Puerto Pollenca.

Solid apartment

The apartment is nice and nearly has everything you need. Would have been great to find soap, shampoo and toilet paper as described, but that was missing. If you want to cook, you should buy your own oil. It‘s not the most quiet area (barking dogs, cars, etc.), but apart from that we‘ve had a good time.

Excellent Accommodation and Location

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was the perfect size for us having a small terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue and a larger private roof terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds and communal pool. The accommodation was very comfortable, bed was very comfy, has a powerful shower and decent sized bathroom. Kitchen is of a good size with the majority of items you would require being provided. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the beach front and is close to all restaurants / bars including a large Eroski which is a five minute walk. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again when we return to Puerto Pollensa in a couple of months.

Lovely apartment

Loved the outdooor living spaces and the apartment as a whole, really nice. The only issues I had was the lack of good sharp kitchen knife and any clothes to wipe surfaces after making drinks or food - ended up using one of the tea towels for that. Hard to make contact with the owner - the Vrbo system was usually down. Lovely stay though and would come again.

Not as expected, left early!

Appreciate its high season, so options are limited and expensive at short notice, just think I was very unlucky. The pictures are blurry for a reason, the apartment is well located for town and the beach but needs updating. The quoted “onsite parking” is misleading, as it’s on street, first come first served and in the height of summer, I had a nightmare driving around trying to find a space, had to park up to 10 minutes away at times! Also, there was no BBQ as advertised. The apartment was tidy and pretty clean and had everything I needed for one but being in a residential area, you have to be prepared for noise and unfortunately, the ground floor apartments right next door are being refurbished, so using the brilliant roof terrace became a noisy experience, hammer drills and rotation saws for most of the day started early. Contractors also on the roof, which created a privacy issue. Agree with previous comments on the bed not being very comfortable, it’s two singles pushed together. The pool is as pictured with about 10 sunbeds to use. You have to exit the apartment block onto the street and re-enter using another access, just something to consider if you have kids. It’s more of a shaded pool area between the buildings, but clean and well maintained. Booked 8 nights Sunday to Monday but left on the Thursday, as the noise had finally worn me down and I needed to relax and unwind somewhere more peaceful.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich super – nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß und geräumig, mit einer schönen Empore sowie gleich zwei großen Dachterrassen, die zum Entspannen einladen. Es ist ausreichend eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist.Ein paar Punkte könnten aber noch verbessert werden. Das Bett war leider aus Holz und hat stark geknarzt, sodass man jede Bewegung gehört hat. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Abfluss in der Dusche funktionierte nicht optimal, das Wasser lief nur langsam ab. Hervorheben möchten wir aber auch die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er war stets freundlich, flexibel und hat uns sogar einen späteren Check-out ermöglicht, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – mit kleinen Verbesserungen wäre es perfekt!

Hat alles gut geklappt.Appartement war wie in der Annonce.Austausch mit der Vermieterin war gut und schnell.Die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt zu den Bergen und zum Biotop war wundervoll.Lediglich in einem rückwertigen Gebäude hält ein Mieter exotische Vögel, die unendlich lärmen, insbesondere zum Sonnenuntergang!

Angenehme Woche

Gute Lage. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung gewinnt durch zwei Terrassen. Die Küche verfügt über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine und Herd mit Ofen. Die Ausstattung mit Kochutensilien könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, genügt aber für kleine Gerichte.Beide Räume sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns wohlgefühlt.
