It’s also centrally located in Binz, with shops, restaurants, and other shopping options within easy walking distance. The pier is also just a stone’s throw away.
The very tastefully furnished Meeresrauscher apartment is located on the 2nd floor (accessible by elevator) and features a nicely furnished balcony facing southwest.
The apartment features 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), 1 living/dining area with a fireplace (heated with gel—please provide your own), and a fully equipped kitchenette.
In the living area, the couch can be converted into a bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m) for a third or fourth person, preferably children, for an additional fee.

An outdoor parking space can be rented for a fee of 6 euros per day; it is located about a 5- to 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Inside the stylish apartment building, there is an elevator, a drying room, and a bicycle storage room.

This apartment is a true gem located right on the beach.

This comfortable and cozy apartment features one bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a wall-mounted, internet-enabled TV. It also includes a combined living/dining area with a comfortable couch, as well as a TV and DVD/CD player, a fireplace (heated with gel—please provide your own!) and an open kitchenette integrated into the living area (including a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and 4-burner stove).
In the living room, the couch can be converted into a bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m) for a third or fourth person, preferably children, for an additional fee.
Pleated blinds and curtains provide blackout coverage in the bedroom and living room.

A high chair is available free of charge upon prior request.
A travel crib (without linens) can be rented for a one-time fee of 10 euros for the entire stay.
