geräumige Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht auf Dorf und Piste

die Wohnung war etwas am Hang. Ohne Auto ca 20 min ins Dorf. Mit Ski konnte man direkt auf die schwarze Piste (Ski in / Ski out). Praktische Wohnung. Tiefgarage (nicht für hohe Autos geeignet). Waschmaschine/Tumbler konnte man sich einschreiben. Die Wohnung ist für gute Skifahrer sehr geeignet. Ansonsten muss man morgens mit dem Auto ins Dorf fahren.

Tolle Aussicht und in 3 Minuten auf der Skipiste

Wir haben unsere fünftägigen Ferien in Davos mit schönem Wetter und idealen Pistenverhältnissen im Skigebiet Parsenn sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, recht rustikal, aber zweckdienlich eingerichtet, aber trotzdem für unsere Ansprüche total in Ordnung. Die Aussicht hinunter auf Davos Dorf und die Seitentäler Flüela und Dischma ist wunderbar.

Großzügige und helle Wohnung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Wir verbrachten unseren Skiurlaub vom 24. bis zum 31. März 2018 in dieser Wohnung. Entgegen vorherigen Darstellungen, war die Wohnung mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Gepäck kann mit dem Aufzug komfortabel in die erste Etage gefahren werden. Skier werden in einem Raum parallel zur Tiefgarage deponiert. Der Skischuhkeller befindet sich direkt neben der Waschküche und ist hierdurch bestens beheizt. Die Wohnung ist erkennbar durch die Bodenbeläge und das Badezimmer, sowie Gäste WC in die Jahre gekommen. Bietet jedoch in allen anderen Bereichen einen ausgereiften Zustand! Dies fängt bei den Möglichkeiten Kleidung zu verstauen oder aufzuhängen an und endet bei der Küche, die sämtliches Equipment inne hat. Es gibt 6 Betten (2 im Wohnzimmer als Wandschrankbetten), die genügend Platz für 6 erwachsene Personen bieten. Aufgrund einer einzigen Möglichkeit zu duschen, dürfte sich hier morgens und/oder abends ein Engpass ergeben. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung daher nur bis zu vier Erwachsenen, alternativ 2 Erwachsene mit mehreren Kindern. Additiv zu erwähnen ist: Sofern die Schneelage nicht ausreicht und die Talabfahrt nicht befahrbar ist, wird der Weg zur Parsennbahn beschwerlich... Warum wir wiederkommen werden: - Sehr helles und freundliches Wohnzimmer - Eine sonnige Terrasse mit einer südwestlichen Ausrichtung - Direkter Zugang zur Piste (bei ausreichender Schneelage!) - Aus praktischen Gesichtspunkten fehlt es an NICHTS!

Lage direkt an der Skipiste

Die Wohnung haben wir sauber angetroffen. Der Weg dahin war allerdings mit Arbeit verbunden ;-) . Ein kleines Stück auf der Strasse war so vereist, dass wir die Schneeketten montieren mussten (wir sind erprobte Schweizer, da war es kein Problem). Nur als Tipp, dass man entweder ein 4x4 hat oder eben die Schneeketten im Auto zuvorderst bereit gelegt hat. Das Schöne war, wir konnten direkt am Morgen auf die Skipiste und abends direkt von der Parsennabfahrt wieder zum Haus fahren. Die e-mail Kommunikation sowie die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat einwandfrei geklappt.

Perfect Getaway

Firstly, the owner, Mr Drescher is the kind of landlord you want, an easygoing person, a pleasure to do business with, with patience of a saint...I asked lots of questions and I always received polite, kind answers. We were in the apartment now, in July. Its set on the Parsen mountain, about a 15min walk up and well worth it! If you cant do the walk, as our kids weren't always able, a taxi from the bahnhof dorf is between 13 and 14 chf. It was perfectly peaceful, with a wonderful view and a lovely (pubic) grassy area by the balcony, a great place for the kids to run around. (if you dont have a car and you need a big shop, you can always order online before arrival and have it delivered, delivery usually free for first shop online :-) The apartment is spacious, kitchen is perfectly adequate with everything you need. Nice to have a separate toilet, besides the one in the bathroom. Absolutely perfect for a very peaceful getaway!

Traumhafter Ausblick und viel Platz

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben eingerichtet und der Ausblick über das Tal und die Berge ist großartig. Insbesondere das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Dank der vollständig eingerichteten Küche konnten wir jeden Abend kochen. Durch die Lage weiter oben ist es auch sehr ruhig. Sehr schön war, dass jede Menge Infomaterial zur Stadt ausliegt. Es gibt kein Internet, aber direkt unten am Bahnhof gibt es eine Information mit Zugang zum Netz.

Vielen Dank für die freundliche Bewertung! Ein Internet-Kabelanschluß ist allerdings bereits vorhanden (das Kabel steckt normalerweise im Fernseher). Wifi werden wir im nächsten Winter zur Verfügung stellen.

Very nice apartment

Came here for the second time at Easter. Excellent apartment in a great position.The place is good for 6 people with two bedrooms plus a very large Murphy bed in the lounge. Ample kitchen and large bathroom plus separate toilet. Parking underground onsite. During the main season you can ski down to the apartment from the Parsenn middle station and can go on down close to the Parsenn lift, but late in the season it's a bit trickier. Only downside for our kids was that there is no wifi which they thought would be beneficial. Looking forward to going back at Easter 2015

Schöne Lage. (Direkter Pistenzugang)

Davos als Feriendestination immer empfehlenswert. Lage dieser Wohnung einzigartig am Hang von Parsenn. Direkter Zugang zur Schwarzen Piste. Die Zufahrtsstrasse war schlecht unterhalten. Eisige Stellen, die 4x4 oder Ketten verlangten. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, besonders das Wohnzimmer. Die sanitären Anlagen ok. Die Küche hat unseren Hobbykoch entäuscht. Aber ein neuer Herd ist versprochen. Wir waren nach dem Skifahren und Einkaufen am Abend immer todmüde und nicht mehr auf andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Restaurantbesuche etc. aus. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt. 5-köpfige Familie, Grosseltern, Sohn un 2 Enkelkinder (8- und 11 Jahre).
