Enjoy your stay at our beautiful villa with private lake just 45 minutes away from the city centre of Berlin. This perfect place offers plenty of space for families or groups, featuring 6 bedrooms including 4 king beds, a queen bed, a sofa bed, a child bed, and a crib. Additional beds can be arranged in the versatile office with a sofa bed and on the queen-sized daybed in our SPA-area in the basement. Guests enjoy 5 bathrooms equipped with one bathtub, several showers and bidets, ensuring comfort and convenience. Relax in the cozy living-room-area or outside in the spacious backyard with a private lake. A fully equipped kitchen next to the dining room invites you to cook beautiful meals or just enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from the italian coffee-machine. Due to its spaciousness there is plenty of room to have a quiet moment to yourself for work or to relax - the basement offers a SPA-area with sauna and a fitness-room.
