Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Middletown home. The property is situated in the southeast corner of Aquidneck Island between Wapping Rd. and Indian Ave. The house was built in 2016 and sits on a two acre cleared field with a serene pastoral view. Sweet Berry Farm, a local farm and eatery with small produce market and prepared meals is within walking distance as well as Peabody and Third Beaches. Downtown Newport can be reached by car within minutes. The bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin beds. And for families with small children, there is a crib and high chair available. There is also a swing set and trampoline in the yard and a copious amount of toys and games. Beach chairs, towels, sheets and all cooking essentials are provided. Please feel free to message with inquiries or questions about the property. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this house provides a welcoming base. Fantastic stay at this stunning home. Sparkling clean, perfectly appointed, comfortable. Location could not be beat enjoyed the lovely landscaping and grounds and the short drive to the beach.Hosts gracious and accessible.Hope to return again.

The host was very communicative and welcoming. The property is beautiful and the house is “lived in” in the best possible way. Our family was very comfortable here and enjoyed every aspect of the home. Highly recommend!

Our family had an incredible week at this gorgeous property! The house itself is beautiful -- clean, bright, comfortable, perfectly decorated, and fully stocked with everything a visitor would need, from binoculars to watch the deer feeding in the adjacent fields, to beach chairs and an umbrella for our daily trips to Second Beach. We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in the door. The yard and property are also exquisite. Every aspect of the natural beauty surrounding this house -- glorious sunrises, birdsong, bunnies hopping in the yard, hydrangeas blooming -- makes it such a peaceful, private spot. The fact that it is so close to all the fun Newport has to offer is an added bonus. We loved our magical vacation at this very special place!

Tayla was the perfect host with the perfect home. We arrived to see the most gorgeous property we had ever seen. Tayla's house was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed and the perfect set up for me and my two daughters. The pictures did not do it justice. The pictures on VRBO were great but the house in person was even nicer. The house was very updated and fresh and the perfect layout--cozy and roomy. We particularly appreciated the well designed kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend staying at Tayla's and look forward to visiting again.
