Perfekte Ausgangslage mit altbackenem Interieur

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und liegt ideal. Der Balkon - dreiseitig- ist unübertroffen. Am Inventar müsste einmal nachgebessert werden, sprich modernisiert! Im Bad ist die Runderneuerung bereits gut gelungen.
