Welcome to Apartment 21 in the Haus am See.<br>This cozy apartment sleeps 2 guests.<br><br>The large fold-down bed with separate mattresses can be folded up during the day to save space. The blue two-seater sofa can be pulled out as an additional sleeping surface if needed. A comfortable rocking chair is also available. A three-door wardrobe with a mirror and an adjacent shoe cabinet provide space for your vacation wardrobe.<br>At the dining table by the window, you can enjoy meals with a magnificent view. You can enjoy this view even more directly from the furnished south-facing balcony, which gets plenty of sun from morning to evening.<br>The compact kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a sink, and standard kitchen appliances.<br><br>The small, naturally lit shower room features a shower, toilet, sink, and an illuminated mirror cabinet. <br><br>For your entertainment, a TV, a compact stereo system, and Wi-Fi (included) are available.<br><br>All of our accommodations are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.<br><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea. <br><br>This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine. <br>A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private front doors at the rear of the building.<br><br>The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether by SUP, air mattress, or surfboard—here you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn. <br>A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available to guests.<br>You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.<br><br>Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street. <br><br>You can reach the marina and downtown after a leisurely stroll along the inland lake promenade.
