Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. Access to Elk Lake (which connects to Torch Lake and the rest of the Antrim Chain-of-Lakes. It's just outside of beautiful Elk Rapids, and close to golf, a casino, skiing, Lake Michigan, Traverse City, and Charlevoix, all in a quiet neighborhood filled with nice people.
