The moment you walk in, you’ll feel right at home.

There is ample storage space for coats in the hallway.

The bathroom features a white and gray color scheme and includes a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower with a shower curtain. The bathroom is tiled.

The living area is completely covered with light-colored PVC flooring with a laminate look.

The living area is furnished with an L-shaped couch, which adjoins the sleeping area.

Separated from the living area, you can "fall" into bed (2 90×200). Separated by a privacy curtain.

The dining area, integrated into the living area, is accessible via a raised platform located directly by the window and invites you to relax and enjoy your meals.

The open kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker (as well as a Senseo machine).

The children’s room (separate from the living area) features a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200). It has a window that opens and a door leading to the living room.

A HIGHLIGHT! The owner will provide you with a beach chair free of charge during your stay.

Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and cycling (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park
