The house is quietly located by the sea (first line) in a slightly elevated location (9 m above sea level) with views of the trees and the sea. It is spacious (170m² living space) and opens onto a large covered terrace and on a private garden (500m²). The long sandy beach is accessible on foot, around 300 meters via a small path or 600 meters via a path. The village can also be reached on foot by the beach or by a path.

Composition: large living room (air conditioner), well equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 2 air conditioned), 2 shower rooms (shower and WC). Other amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, safe, satellite TV, WIFI on request).
The large natural stone slab garden is well-landscaped and includes a lovely barbecue area and an outdoor shower. It is fully enclosed and its entrance is closed by a gate. Cars can be parked inside the garden.

Marvellous stay at Hospitalet

Very nice holiday house with a nice view and great BBQ. Everything is complete, airco is working fine and although you don't spend much time in the house because of the beautiful weather it has a nice living room and enough bedrooms and even 2 bathrooms. Helmut and his wife are a very nice couple and helped us adequate as are the answers of Rolf Mischler in case we had any question. To summarize: we will definitely book next year again.

Ein ganz tolles Haus in ruhiger, aber dennoch zentraler Lage. in fünf Minuten über einen schmalen "Geheimweg" am weitläufigen Strand mit wunderbarem Meerwasser. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meeresrauschen und Vogelzwitschern, sonst hört man nichts.Der Ort ist relativ klein und ruhig, nicht sehr touristisch, wer mehr Zonen zum Bummeln sucht fährt nach Cambrils.( 15 km ). Aber aureichend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.Unbedingt noch zu erwähnen ist der nette Kontakt zum Verwalter, Herrn Väth. Perfektes Ein- und Auschecken, total easy. Auch vorab der Kontakt zum Eigentümer, Herrn Mischler war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr geniessen dürfen und bedanken uns noch einmal bei allen Beteiligten.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt

Alles war super. Angefangen mit dem Vermieter für Fragen zur Buchung und Aufenthalt über Empfang durch den Verwalter bis zur Abreise mit der Übergabe der Schlüssel.Besser kann es nicht laufen.

Wunderschönes Haus und schöne Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Beschreibung des Inserats entspricht genau dem was man vor Ort antrifft. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief reibungslos ab. Sie konnten uns bei jedem Problem eine Lösung anbieten. Gerne würden wir unseren Aufenthalt wieder holen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus nebst Anwesen

Der Empfang, der Aufenthalt auf dem wunderschön gelegenen und toll ausgestatteten Anwesen war wunderbar. Sogar Strandspielzeug ist vorhanden, so dass sogar unsere Tochter (25) es sich nicht nehme ließ, dieses einmal am Strand zu benutzen.

Schickes Haus mit allem drum und dran

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig und trotzdem zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Stadt. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell. Die Verwalter des Hauses sind auch sehr nett und können alle Wünsche erfüllen. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in dem Haus

Génial !!

Un grand merci pour cette très belle maison en 1ere ligne. Tout était parfait, la maison était très propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de très agréables vacances, ce qui fut le cas. Tout est pensé pour le plus grand confort des locataires. Le propriétaire est très réactif et gentil et le gérant sur place a été super. Je recommande fortement cette location.

La villa et son magnifique jardin.

Très jolie villa avec un jardin magnifique offrant un dépaysement total, permettant de renouer avec une vie naturelle et sans pression. Le confort et les équipements sont parfaits. Les relations avec le propriétaire sont très agréables. Une magnifique plage dans une zone naturelle protégée à proximité. Tout était parfait.

Schöne Ferienvilla mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Schönes Haus/netter Ort/Sensationeller Strand

Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war hervorragend und äußerst zuvorkommend. Auch der "vor Ort" Kontakt mit dem Hausverwalter war einfach nur toll. Die beiden Übergaben erfolgten pünktlich und absolut problemlos. Auch war der persönliche Kontakt sehr sehr angenehm und herzlich. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb zum Strand, Wenn man Strandutensilien wie Liegen usw. dabei hat, muss man 2 Min. mit dem Auto fahren. Zum tragen der Dinge ist es etwas umständlich und mühsam. (empfiehlt sich nicht) :-) Die Parkmöglichkeiten am Strand sind gut. Man findet immer einen nahegelegenen Parkplatz und läuft dann 1-2 zu seinem gewünschten Platz. Auch gibt es eine super Strandbar mit tollen Snacks. Der Strand ist super sauber und gepflegt. Da wir in der Vorsaison gebucht hatten, waren kaum Menschen am Strand. Lediglich am Wochenende war der Strand etwas stärker frequentiert. Aber immer noch sehr angenehm. Im Ort kann man super einkaufen. Alles da was man braucht. Tolle Lokale an der Marina und weiteren Umgebung. Es kann alles bequem mit dem Bike gefahren werden. Ganz Spanien verfügt über separat gekennzeichnete Fahrradwege. Auch ist die Lage des Hauses so gut, dass man schöne Ausflüge (mit Rad oder zum wandern) in die Umgebung machen kann. (Tarragona/TemplerBurg usw.) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Vom Dosenöffner, Gewürze über Waschmaschine bis zum Waschpulver war alles da. Die Klima funktionierte super. WLan (muss man separat vor Ort buchen-was aber absolut kein Problem ist) funktionierte sehr gut. In Summe ein schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse und super Lage. Danke und herzliche Grüße.TW

Super schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet in bester Lage

Wir (4 Erwachsene) hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten geräumigen und gut beschriebenen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist etwas abseits der Stadt in ruhiger Umgebung gelegen, der Strand sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verwaltung des Hauses liegt ebenfalls in sehr guten Händen, wir hatten direkt sehr guten unkomplizierten und freundlichen Kontakt bei An- und Abreise. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Erholung in der Wärme

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Saubere Unterkunft, gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Nahe am Zentrum. Die Nähe zum Strand haben wir sehr geschätzt.
