We were very pleased with the apartment. The porch overlooked the bay and was great for morning coffee and sunset views. The placed was dated, older cabinets and fixtures but it was very clean and quiet. The bikes were a nice option for riding to Dunedin. This was a great value. Perfect place for people looking for a quiet place overlooking the bay.
