Experience the best of Los Angeles from your own fully-stocked Hollywood Hills home nestled deep in the canyon overlooking the city skyline. Walk to Beachwood Cafe each morning for brunch before you hike Griffith Park, take in a show at Pantages Theater or the Hollywood Bowl, take a tour at Paramount, or visit Universal Studios.

The Hollywood-inspired primary bedroom hosts a California King bed, ensuite bathroom, private balcony with views of the Hollywood Sign, underbed storage, two spacious closets, and its own Smart TV.

A Tiffany-blue second bedroom holds a queen bed, its own ensuite bathroom, private balcony with views of the Hollywood Sign, large walk-in closet, underbed storage, 42" Smart TV, and a stylish lift-top vanity with LED lighted mirror.

The house felt homey and the location was amazing, with a very accommodating set up. Our family loved being able to spread out in the four themed bedrooms, each had a bathroom. The house was beautiful and lived up to the photos. The amenities were wonderful, nice touches included great sheets, nice towels a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, nice big table that allowed our family to hang out, eat and enjoy our time in the house. The views were spectacular. Jeremy was lovely, communicative, responsive, and made our family feel welcomed and cared for. The support provided by the host was outstanding. We throughly recommend this house for a family!

Despite being only minutes from the energy of Hollywood Boulevard, Beachwood Canyon feels worlds away. There’s a calm, almost small-town atmosphere here—neighbors walking their dogs, hikers heading up nearby trails, and locals gathering at the beloved Beachwood Cafe, a cozy spot that has become the social heart of the community.

At sunset, the hills glow with soft light, and the skyline stretches out in the distance, blending urban and natural landscapes in a way that feels uniquely Los Angeles.
