Expectations were right on

Enjoyed our stay in this house -- our family loved the pool and hot tub and we had plenty of room! The kitchen is well-stocked with just about everything you need. Our property coordinator, Jens, was excellent!

Unexpected Bonus

We enjoyed our stay at the house referred to as "SABAL" for several reasons, the pool, the canal, the very comfortable accommodations and the large size of it . Cape Coral is recovering from the hurricane very nicely so we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Location in the Gulf Cost Sun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in early April. Loved the house (fantastic layout), the pool (spent a ton of time here) and the location (nice, quiet neighborhood). Easy walk to Point 57 restaurant and Fins Seafood and Dive Bar, we enjoyed both. Make sure you check out the burrowing owls in the neighborhood (so cool) and the large farmer's market on Saturday's. Jens and his staff were so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful VRBO!

My family enjoyed 8 nights in the 'SABAL' villa. The home was very clean and spacious with a well-appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed opening the 3-paneled door that made for a large, uninterrupted connection between the house and pool area. We spent a lot of time on the terrace -- eating meals, hanging out, and swimming in the heated pool. Our host was very kind, communicative, and accommodating. We highly recommend Villa SABAL!

Family Trip

The house is beautiful. It was very clean. The kids loves the pool. We could not use the hot tub. When you turned it on. The chemicals were to strong but we would definitely stay in this place again.

Beautiful Luxury Home!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! We were wowed as we entered and were very impressed by the decor and how extremely clean the home is. The pool, spa, and furniture in the lanai provide your own private paradise. It is evident that the owners truly want you to enjoy your stay and have thought of everything you will need, including a Keurig. Jen's was so nice and excellent in answering all of our questions. Location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants close by, also very close to the Gulf. I can't say enough great things about this place and we would love to stay again the next time we are in Cape Coral! Thank you!

Much needed vacation

This property was amazing. We booked late as this was a last minute decision to travel. Lars answered all my questions in a timely manner with plenty of detail. The house was exactly what we expected and more. Conveniently located to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and more. when we checked in we were provided with a contact person in case we had any issues. Jens was just as timely with his responses and even recommended a wonderful pizza place for dinner on the first night. The pool was a great option to have for those days that we had a bit too much sun! This is a preference for me and nothing to do with the house or the management company, but the mattresses were a bit firm for my liking. Thank you! We will be back!

We loved the pool ! The house was very spacious!

The house was very nice, The pool area was beautiful the location was great! The amenities in the kitchen were very nice to have we did a lot of cooking.. The only thing that we struggled with was we could not get the DVD player to work with the remote and it was only in Spanish and the remote didn’t work so we put in new batteries in but the lower half of the remote does not work at all so we couldn’t change the language, so we couldn’t watch the movies we brought with. But, everything else was amazing!!

Great house for family vacation

The booking process and getting access to the house was easy and the information we were sent was clear and easy to follow. Great that there was a code lock/no key as we arrived in the middle of the night. The house was very practical. The kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated but the house had all we needed, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The queen size bed had "squeeky" springs which was a little bit annoying, but all in all no problems with the house. As we were there with children/teens some pool toys (e.g. floating noodles) would have been great, but no big issue. The hot tub was great to have access to, as this time of the year it gets a bit cool in the evening. The area was nice and calm and located with easy access to the bridges across to Fort Meyers. We were very happy with the house rental but would perhaps choose a different location when travelling with teenagers in the future, as they prefer to be closer to where there is more "action/actvity", but for adults with small children that prefer to be a lot at the house, it's great!

Nice house with beautiful pool and dock

I stayed at this property with my family for a week and everything was great. House is great for a family of 6. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Tried fishing but no fish in the area. Beds are comfortable. Restaurants are near by but you need a car. House is 30 mins from fort Myers beach and 35-40 from sanibel island. I would recommend this house.

Beautiful property.

We had a great stay. The home is beautiful and the pool and lanai were wonderful during the seasonal rains. Lars was fantastic with communicating and made everything so easy.. no stress. Wonderful first trip for my girls! Thank you! Ps.. read the book :-) Trash goes out Sunday night..almost missed

This home is gorgeous! We had an amazing time. It is very convenient to restaurants, beaches, etc. The property manager was very prompt and communicated when we had questions. The home is very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen utilities. Very clean and would stay here again!

GREAT FAMILY TIME

Very private, quite and peaceful environment of the property. Everything inside the home was comfortable, working properly and pretty much had everything you would need. The pool area was amazing and clean. You can definitely have some fun and relaxation at this property!!!

Birthday vacation trip!

Had a wonderful time at this property with family. Enjoyed the beach every day and then came back and enjoyed the pool every evening. Family enjoyed being able to fish off the dock. Great location! Amenities were spot on except for a pizza cutter. Jens was at the house the next day with a pizza cutter! Great service!

Nice Place

Beautiful property with very nice pool. Enjoyed many mornings with coffee poolside. We also rented a boat each day, which was easily tied up to the front of the dock. For boaters, this house location is a little further out, so it does take longer to reach places like Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island. The management company was great and very responsive. No issues there. The house itself is very well laid out. Perfect for families. I would recommend this place.
