Come and enjoy this vacation home in beautiful Southwest Cape Coral. Close to shopping, dining, and beaches. Bring your family, friends, or even your dog. We welcome all. Take a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a fire out back all within the comfort of your own home. Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.

Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! We give it a 10/10! Very clean, property manager had excellent communication with us! It is very nicely decorated and very comfortable for your stay! The pool as hot tub are wonderful and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. If you are looking for a great place to stay and at an affordable price I would highly recommend booking here!

Spa had to be run 1 - 1 1/2 hours for it to warm up before using each day. Pool was too cool to enjoy. Sitting in the sun on the lanai was the highlight of the experience. The fenced yard was appreciated for our small dog. Host was very responsive when we called for assistance.

Very nice home and clean. Great location and neighborhood walking your dog. Pet friendly parks and resturants near by. Heated pool and hot tub were wunderful. Outdoor tv has great sound if you like music in pool area. Beds very comfortable. Walk in closets and large pantry in kitchen nice for longer stays. My wife and I had a wonderful week long stay with our dog. House is cozy and clean, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in a very private, fenced in yard. Our dog loved running around in the yard. Our 2nd time staying at this wonderful house. As good as we remembered. Wonderful, large heated pool and hot tub. Awesome covered pool deck with large TV. The house has so much space with a huge living room, front room with air hockey table, bar, and a extra large kitchen table. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to great restaurants. We took the easy 25 to 30 min drive to Fort Myers and Sanibe also.

Would absolutely rebook! From the excellent communication to the coziness of the home to the great and private outdoor area, this renal was great. Everything was very clean, the AC worked wonderfully, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard has a fire pit and chairs, as well as a decent open grass area too. Felt very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.
