Our new construction is available for you! The property has a total area of 1000 m2. The living area is over 100 m2. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms at your disposal. A large living area with open kitchen as the center of the property. An absolute highlight are the 2 verandas on both sides of the house. The entire property is fenced and has an alarm system. It was built according to Swiss standards. It also has air conditioning and underfloor heating. All windows and doors (also entrance door and veranda door) are equipped with professional insect screens. There is also a garage for your car on the property. An outside shower is also available. You have 4 bicycles at your disposal free of charge. If you do not arrive by car, there is always the possibility of a pick-up and drop-off service at Brindisi airport (50 euros/trip). A car is also available on request, this can be rented for 18 euros a day (including insurance etc.).
The property is fully equipped, also the kitchen (with dishwasher). If you feel like doing some laundry, a washing machine is also available.
The sea is about 800 meters from the house and can be easily reached on foot, by bike (free of charge) or by car.

We (my husband and I) speak German, English, French and Italian. We lived in Switzerland for almost 40 years and returned to this beautiful region 15 years ago. We know this region like the back of our hand. Our property is directly 50 meters next to yours. My husband and I are at your disposal for all your needs.
