The Hoogen Hüs has been furnished in a modern beach house style for your stay. You’ll love the Riviera Maison furnishings, solid wood furniture, and fresh colors. You’ll love the living and dining area. A fireplace, dining area, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, Bose sound system, Wi-Fi, and cozy armchairs and sofa leave nothing to be desired. The living area opens onto the terrace, which features patio furniture and a beach chair (seasonal). The open-concept kitchen features a Nespresso machine, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. The staircase leads you to the upper floor. There you’ll find a bedroom with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, a bathroom featuring natural stone and underfloor heating, a shower, and a freestanding bathtub. The solid-wood staircase leads you further up to the attic, where you’ll find another bedroom—open to the staircase—with a double bed. If you follow the stairs down to the basement, you’ll find another spa-style bathroom with a natural stone shower and a KLAFS sauna. Another bedroom with a flat-screen TV is available for your use. Additionally, there is an utility room here with a washer-dryer. The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating. You can safely store your valuables in the in-house safe. Smoking is not permitted in this property. Pets are allowed to stay here upon prior registration and for a fee (€10 per pet per day). Two free parking spaces are included with the property. Additional free parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity.
