The Space

Ted & Breakfast is a rare find in the heart of East Austin—a full duplex booked together as one property. The two units sit within the same home, each with its own entrance, kitchen, living area, and bathroom, making it ideal for groups who want to stay together while still having a bit of separation when needed.

And yes, the name has a story. Ted & Breakfast is named after Teddy, our very good (and very spoiled) Aussie, who inspired the fun, energetic vibe throughout the home.
