The Villa is located 50 km south of Alicante, on the Costa Blanca, in the Blue Lagoon / Villamartin villa district.
Outside the villa there are many seating areas, a terrace equipped with a coffee table with chairs, a covered pergola where there is a table, chairs and a large charcoal barbecue. There are comfortable sun loungers in several lounging areas.In the garden there is a private heated swimming pool with a salt water system and a garage with free bikes for guests.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a conservatory through which a door leads to the living room connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds). Bathroom with shower. Living room connected to the kitchen.On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one spacious bedroom with a bunk bed, two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed). On the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a very large terrace with a seating area.
Nearby are the region's well-known golf courses, a horse stud and many restaurants and bars. The house is surrounded by a high fence for peace and quiet and intimacy.
The maximum rental period for this property is 10 days.
