Pros: hola a todas! he tenido el placer de disfrutar durante 2 semanas de este maravilloso lugar, durante el mes del pasado junio, approvechando la entrada del buen tiempo. Me embriago,la paz que encuentras nada mas llegar y la hygiene de sus instalaciones; tambien dispones de bastantes zonas verdes para disfrutar al aire libre. La casa, me parecio preciosa, es muy espaciosa y me sentido muy tranquila y relajada. Nuestro lugar favorite es el patio con jardin donde comiamos todos los dias y disfrutabamos del sol y por las noches subiamos a disfrutar la terraza de aririba, donde encuentra un acogedor chill out, para soborear de una copa de vino con vistas de las estrellas, todo un lujo para sus sentidos. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario (juguetes,bici,electrodomesticos,peli y internet etc..) para que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Otra de las cosas que mas me han gustado es que dispones de todos los servicios dentro del mismo resor como supermercado, bar, restaurant,discoteca,un gran campo de golf y piscine en todo el recinto. Murcia me parece un muy bonito lugar, tiene muchas playas a donde ir, sin fin de actividades para disfrutar. Vosotros disfrutamos de un dia de rafting fue fantastic y del parquet acuatico. su situacion, os mejorable, encuentras a pocos kilometros Alicante y benidorm. en benidorm visitamos el zoo que es enorme y tambien dispone de espectaculos programadas con deldines,focas y papagayos. En defintiva, mi viaje a Murcia ha sido maravilloso y regrasado muy satisfecho.

Shelter in a storm

We stayed here during the storms and flooding of October 2024. The accomodation had all we needed to hunker down and see it out. Comfortable furnishings and beds. We didn't get to use the garden, hot tub or roof space but it looked like it would've been wonderful in better conditions. Easy to find. Clean and tidy. Netflix and YouTube. We highly recommend the Indian takeaway too!

Great month-long stay

My husband and I stayed here for a month and really loved it. The villa is bright and sunny and we loved the solarium. Great internet speed which was really useful as we both worked during our stay. Lovely owner too.

Perfect

We had a lovely, peaceful week in Villa Denton. The property is well equipped and provides everything that you need for a comfortable stay. There is a great selection of Tupperware which is such a clever addition to a holiday rental property, it prevents waste, bugs, allows you to have days out with home made food, excellent if you have allergies or dietary requirements. The bikes were also great to have, we ran, swam and cycled most days during our stay. La Torre Golf resort is quiet and has a small selection of good restaurants, tennis and ping pong. Daniel was very helpful and great to communicate with. We would revisit.

Lokationen er meget afsides hvis man forventer "sydlandsk ferieby", men til gengæld god hvis man søger total afslapning og rolige/bekvemmelige omgivelser. Lokationen kræver lejebil for at komme til større by og/eller strand. På resortet findes restauranter og supermarked indenfor 5-10min på cykel. Boligen savner pool/spand for at være helt i top. Kan absolut anbefales hvis det er afslapning man søger.

The villa is in a good location on the complex being close to the rear entrance on Roldan town side

Pros: The villa is in a good location on the complex being close to the rear entrance on Roldan town side which is convenient to either make the short drive or if you are more energetic a 30 minute stroll. Passing Through the security gates gives one a feeling of peace rather than trepidation as the complex is fully enclosed within security walls. The complex itself is well maintained with much activity going on with gardeners and maintenace staff. For golfers this would be an ideal location, I am not so cannot express an opinion on the course but it did look reasonably challenging with lakes, bunkers etc. On the site are restaurants, bars and shops though in January not all were open. With regard to the villa, I suppose what you see is what you get, the property is well equiped and comfortable though at my age the low settee was challenging ! The property is of course surrounded by other properties which is typical for the location but in January there were very few people arround and thus was quiet and peacefull. The wifi and TV system is excellent and covers many uk and european stations so can keep most satisfied. Overall I would say you will not be dissapointed if you stay at this villa. The area offers many attractions around the Mar Menor and La Manga and for those more adventurous Valencia, Mohacar etc are easy drives away.

Pros: En meget godt utstyrt bolig i et rolig område hvor trygghet er godt ivaretatt. En er avhengig i å ha bil for å komme til strender for bading, men med bil er det mange fine muligheter. For golfinteresserte er stedet midt i blinken. Vi hadde et fint opphold i huset hvor alt fungert godt. Nytt SPA på terrassen var fantastisk godt. Denne leiligheten/huset kan anbefales på det beste.

The villa was very clean og nicely furnished. Theres even a kids bed. That was very nice since our son is only 2,5 years old. We enjoyed the nearest pool the first day but the rest of the week we went around murcia exploring beautiful sites and villages. And the beach of horadada was sooo nice and the water was even 26 c. degrees... Now thats worm! Hope others will enjoy their stay here as much as we did.

Pros: My girlfriend and I lived in Mr Schrøder's for a week. It had everything we needed and more to: Bicycles for going around the resort; a BIG TV with great HIFI sound; lots of furniture for the outdoor terraces; access to clean and big shared pools. The Spanish restaurant in the resort is definitely worth a visit. We waited for the waiter in quite some time, but the quality of the food made it all worth waiting for. If you want to go and see something else than the sterile environment of the resort you have great number of possibilities. We of course went to some of the many beaches nearby (20-30 minutes in car). We also visited the Cartagena, Murcia and Benidorm. All interesting places where a day passes by quite easily. A roadtrip on some of the minor roads west of Cartagena can most certainly be recommended. We experienced the local atmosphere and some amazing nature as we cruised through the landscape. All in all our stay in southern Spain and Mr. Schrøder's villa was a pleasant experience to say the least.

Pros: We had a fantastic holiday at 30 Denton. The owner has ensured that everything you need for your stay is here...and more. From suncream to deckchairs to inflatables to beach towels, we didn't need to spend our precious holiday money on extras as it was all here. The villa is a good size for 4 people. It is very well furnished and spotlessly clean. The owner also has a comprehensive manual giving details of the villa and the area which was extremely helpful. My children loved the jacuzzi on the roof terrace which again was fantastic and the owner had thought of everything; providing lovely, modern, terrace furniture and an amazing sound system with which to enjoy the bubbles! I would definitely recommend this villa when staying at La Torre.

Pros: Stayed at villa Denton 13th September, fabulous modern furnishings, well equipped, everything you need, couldn't fault it, when we arrived "wow" stunning, resort stunning, well maintained. we were located at the far end of the resort so it was quite a walk to the supermarket and places to eat, so you do need a car (which we got) but like i say just depends where your located, to get out and about, or not if you just want a relaxing time, as we did, as the villa has everything if you want to chill, hot tub by night with drinks, followed by Netflix which is supplied free, watched some cracking films, busy lives etc so was nice to relax and put my feet up. I have to say I have never driven abroad before so was a little nervous, but DON'T BE, the roads are very quiet and actually great! Would definitely do it again. Visited some lovely places the mud baths beach was lovely, Would definitely stay again. 🙂

De aanwezigheid van fietsen is zeker een meerwaarde, er zijn jammer genoeg geen goede fietspaden in dit gedeelte van Spanje maar een ritje naar de kust is zeker te doen (er zijn geen fietshelmen aanwezig en deze zijn verplicht op de openbare weg, een vriendelijke agent heeft ons een boete kwijtgescholden !) Alle alle afspraken met de eigenaar zijn perfect verlopen, waarvoor dank
