1st line Luxury Golf Villa (3) with Private Pool, full sky package!

Well Patricia I'm shocked at this review! You asked to view the Villa last year before you booked, it's a shame you didn't notice these things then and didn't bring your tape measure! Regarding the Swimming pool it has a shallow end that suits families and a deep end for strong swimmers. Regarding the kerb as I explained at the time, the kerb was raised by roots from a fallen tree, it's a shame you seem to know better, the community are in charge of the kerb and pavements as we're not allowed to touch it. We did have heavy rain one day and flooding, but that's out of our control yourselves and the property was totally dry and safe. You could of moved your car to higher ground if you felt it may be in danger. You did inform us that you knew the area well as you owned a property close by. I would have thought you would of brought a more suitable car, as your car is very low to the ground knowing what the roads can be like in the region. I'm disappointed you have given the villa such low stars especially when times are hard for everyone at the moment, just have a look at the hundreds of happy families that have stayed with us over the last 15 years. I understand you stayed in La Torre resort last year and was unhappy...... and liked El Valle as you had driven around the resort before asking to view. There's always one!

Lamento escuchar sobre su desafortunado accidente, pero solo quiero aclarar que hay 1 pequeño escalón hacia el patio y 2 pequeños escalones hacia la entrada. Sorry to hear of your unfortunate accident but I just want to clarify that there is 1 small step to the patio and 2 small steps to the drive.
