Complex:

Idyllic Baltic Sea holiday—quiet and centrally located!

“Villa Malte” is located on Klünderberg (with a 12% incline) in a beautiful, quiet setting on the edge of the Granitz forest. The villa was newly built in 1998 in the typical style of Baltic Sea resort architecture and thus blends idyllically into the surrounding villa landscape of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

The building features comfortable holiday apartments—suitable even for guests with allergies. With stylish furnishings, (in some cases) two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, open kitchen, and a balcony or terrace, you’ll find wonderful holiday accommodation here for couples, solo travellers, and families.

The white sandy beach and the lively centre of Binz are just a short walk away. The nearby forest is perfect for lovely hikes. There are also several tennis courts just a few minutes away.

The local bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to your destination safely and in an eco-friendly way. This significantly shortens your walking distances around town. This service is free for all guests from Binz with a spa card. You’ll find the schedule at the local bus stops.

Please note that the resort’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard passenger cars.

We look forward to welcoming you as our guest and wish you a relaxing stay in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz!
