The light-flooded modern villa Los Vientos offers plenty of space and comfort on two floors with a beautiful balcony and large terrace on the edge of the extensive nature reserve of El Médano in direct proximity to the beach of the surfing and kiting hotspot.
The newly and modernly furnished house is only about 100 metres walking distance from the popular natural beach of El Médano - especially ideal for surfers and all water sports enthusiasts, who can reach the beach with their boards in about 2 minutes on foot and safely store all their equipment on the large terrace of the house. But the house is also very suitable for families with children, as they can quickly reach the beach due to the excellent location of the house near the beach and are therefore not dependent on a car. And all the shops for daily needs can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
Since the well-maintained residential complex is mainly inhabited by permanent tenants, it is always nice and quiet and there are no loud party nights like in many other complexes.
The open-plan house has two levels and is furnished for 5 people. It is 95 square metres and appears particularly large and airy because the ceilings slope upwards so that it is never hot and stuffy even in summer.
On the upper floor of the house is the large bedroom with a huge built-in wardrobe, a bright and beautiful en suite bathroom with bidet and a great balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the impressive red volcanic mountain Montaña Roja.
On the lower floor is the second bedroom (also with large built-in wardrobe) with a bathroom opposite, a large bright living room with 2 sofas, SAT flat screen TV (with international TV channels) and a cosy dining area. Here you will also find a large storage room where you can comfortably store all surf and beach utensils.
As the bedrooms are on different levels and each has its own bathroom, the house is also well suited as holiday accommodation for a couple of friends.
The completely new open and high-quality large real wood kitchen features generous granite countertops and is equipped with an induction cooker with ceramic hobs and oven, a large refrigerator with several freezer compartments, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and an espresso machine. There are enough plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans in different sizes.
Furthermore, the house has a fast and stable Wifi network with fibre optic speed, which is very advantageous for guests who have to work in between. There is also a washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.
For relaxing, there is a large covered sun terrace with sliding window doors from where you can admire the magnificent sea view. Here you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee, breakfast in a cosy atmosphere and dinner with a beautiful sunset.
The special thing about the location of the house - apart from the immediate proximity to the beach and the view of the red volcanic mountain Montaña Roja - is the impressive view of the almost 3,900 m high volcanic mountain Teide. This is often covered with snow in winter and then offers a simply breathtaking sight!

Once a year, the "Windsurf World Cup" takes place in Médano, which is very important for surfers. The best windsurfers from all over the world come to this event every year - and the event takes place almost right in front of the house!
Only two houses next to the villa is also the kite club "El Médano Kiteclub". On some days you can hear the sound of the sea.
